My weekend got off to a poor start (a trend recently) nut I clawed back with Leinster overs and the the Newsletter Best Bet Cardiff -3.5 to finish virtually square. I actually liked Saracens over 27.5 but my Sunday form has been so poor I decided to sit it out - what a pity

Onto this week and the SA teams fly home and are not in action so no handicap projections from me. I don't know the other teams well enough but in time will start handicapping all fixtures.

We have URC, Gallagher Prem, Top 14 and Bunnings action this weekend and your thoughts, tips and info are appreciated

The Bunnings NPC H/Cs are out at Sunbet, and there are 2 that look like absolute gifts:

Taranaki -13.5 vs Manawathu Turbos; and,
Hawkes Bay -5.5 vs Waikato Mooloos.
Both at 1.87 - Sunbet.

As I fancy these 2 home teams to top their divisions, and Taranaki could even challenge for top place, I reckon both visitors will be slaughtered here.
Just saying :)

Edit: Hawkes Bay have jumped to -7.5 in ten minutes - still a great bet.

Taken Naki -12.5 and also a bit on Bay of Plenty -12.5 earlier.

Cap for Hawkes Bay looks 2 or 3 points low on face value - however it'a a shield challenge and that always adds some extra unpredictability.

Took a small play earlier on -5.5.

I didn't realise there was International rugby this weekend

Have not seen a line on Japan v Australia yet but USA +65.5 against the All Blacks

I can't find the games on Supersport schedule and hoping they will be covered

Missed the ABs -65.5 but jumped on -67.5

Massacre on the cards

USA in a bad way - lost 34-15 to Uruguay on Oct 10, and since then six leading players have returned to their European clubs, because the test is outside the international window

ABs likely to rotate players, but Mounga should start and lots of depth in squad anyway. Also reckon the team will be fired up after Sean Wainui died a few days ago

Wouldn’t be surprised to see line keep moving

Managed to get All Blacks -62.5 when it opened, I’ve seen as high as 70.5 now.

Australia opened up -11.5 favourites against Japan

Doesn't seem like Aussie game is televised here - now that is annoying

Firing hard over 47.5 at 0.82/1 Leinster game - will be watching while playing some online poker

Edinburgh 1-14 (2.45) and 1-21 (1.82) on Topsport are both great value bets for mine, Edinburgh should win however don't expect it to go out past 2 converted tries. Zebre don't usually get blown out at home against non-Irish opposition and Edinburgh don't pile on the points, especially away.

Already on -4.5 from earlier in the week, so is mild cover if it ends up being close.

I'm never comfortable with these huge handicaps. Other things might come into play like maybe the ref (subconsciously!) takes a more lenient view of things when a side is 50 points down? I'm having a small one on USA +73 pts :-o

Exeter got me into the profit last week as part of a cap double and backing them to get back into profit today after damn Aussies messed up the points overs, they really should have got there.

Exeter over 5.5 tries @ 13/8

Taking bigger odds vs 35 points line. So strong at home, Irish dreadful away.

I like that one South - price has shortened here to 11/10 so taking 8/10 over 4.5 tries Exeter at Sporting

Exeter lost at the farm it seems. Dreadful.

Zero confidence but taken a bigger price bet to somehow try recover day -

USA over 0.5 tries @ 15/10.

Just think crowd right on top of pitch abd players might help home side. The sideline is literally in the stands.
