Some okay racing and one early pick -

K10 Gallic Dream 14/1 ew

Snaith runner looks a bit special but GL takes ride on GD and formlines are good, especially if go back a bit in career when 2nd behind green with envy and even debut win had Snow Pilot and Hluhluwe behind him,

Thanks guys, looks a good card today and glad there is night racing at the Big T as well.

Kenilworth Race 7
Kinda Wonderful EW @ 17/1

Think she is being mispriced based on her last run. Go watch that race and you will see how unlucky she got in running. Had to be switched at the business end, with no running room and that killed her chances.

She has been crying for the rise to the mile, and with GL on board, she could spring a surprise in this field.

Looking forward especially to the Guineas, first thought was Gimmies Countess but again a horrible draw and a strong pace 1600m might be right on the edge for her. Fatal Flaw, probably the strongest formlines behind Quid Pro Quo but can't have had long in the Cape, will be a special performance if she wins, certainly capable. I'm leaning Mon Petit Cherie from the 1 gate at 6/1, mainly on the draw and also by a Gallieo mare so 1600m might bring out even more improvement.

Kenilworth R6 Surjay for me at 11/2, GWE and OC won't be fully wound up, no surprise if either were to win though but small field, might be slowish pace and turn into a sprint which brings Surjay into the mix.

Turffontein R9, Quasikat at 11/2. Don't normally back them in handicaps straight out of the maidens but formline looks to be working out and this could be a rare occassion where there could still be some blue sky in the merit rating for a second time out winner. Although a biggish field not sure there is that much depth to it.
