Burnley vs Leeds

Big game tonight, two teams battling for the title, promotion and likely relegation for next season.

Draw is a runner imo after Sheffield Utd loss, but don't like 2/1. Instead some beers on BTTS @ 12/10

Yes big game in Championship Monday mate, can't believe Sunderland blew 2 points in a draw at home to Plymouth after Sheff Utd got beat and knowing this game was coming up.

Right guys, onto the Champions League and this mouth watering new format ;) wraps up on Wednesday when play off and top 8 places will be determined

I appreciate some punters love conundrums like this and in all seriousness there could well be some cracking bets out there if you have the time to do the homework. I exhausted my energy and settled on these 2 and even then I'm not sure if I'm missing something

Salzburg v Atletico, HT/FT, Atletico/Atletico at even money with Sportingbet

Thanks Chris and funny enough I have been eyeing this round ever since the league draw took place.

I am working around two clubs for the final games: Aston Villa and Man City.

City must win or they are eliminated lol. At 15/100 its a disgusting price but I will add it to Villa win to get a 8/10 double.

Now for Villa, they must win and score plenty to boost the GD if they want to finish in the top 8 and go straight to the R16.

Against The Hammers yesterday, you could see Villa were focusing more on Wednesday night game. Celtic are through to the next round, they wont finish in the top 8. When they away from home against quality opposition they fold easily.

1-0, 2-0 wins for Villa wont help, they need goals here to boost the GD. I am backing them to score 3+ at 16/10.

Bet 1: Villa & City both to win @ 8/10
Bet 2: Villa over 2.5 total goals @ 16/10

Stellenbosch vs Kruger Utd

I don't understand the generous odds by the books here. Stellies are the third best side in SA atm, they are too good against low quality opposition. They just put five past an awful Amazulu side.

Now they are back playing in front of their home fans at Danie Craven after months. I expect the fans to come out in numbers to celebrate the successes of the team, especially after reaching the CAF Confed Cup playoffs for the first time.

Steve Barker spoke about putting on a show for the Stellies faithful. I don't think the second division visitors will keep up with Stellies. Crazy odds, so some proper bets despite it being local footie.

Tottenham 3 or more 1st half goals @ 13/2 ( small bet )

Don't expect it to land, but VDV being back will mean the crowd will be positive from the start. Think Spurs will try to put it to bed early, so hoping for some clinical finishing.

Brentford 3 or more goals @ 7/4 (smallish bet)

It's almost guaranteed Brentford will create some decent chances, Spurs should have one eye on the midweek semi final. Fair enough price.
