All Racing Tips w/c 24th February

Wondering if Gavin Lerena is going to get his agent to get him down in PE each week and get some stables lined up. His strike rate better than Zackey and Fourie but between them they just clean up week after week in PE to throw open the jockey title.

Today i like one roughie - F7 FINAL EDITION @ 20/1 ew. A bit unlucky last time out and i think could be surprise in field, even if stablemate much more fancied. No harm done at the price.

Thanks Mackem, some nice racing today, and especially competitive as well.

My selections for today. (Warning been in such poor form)

Race 1 - Green Diamond @ 5/1 (WSB)
Nicely bred first time, and stable in decent form. Getting 3kg from fav who looks decent.

Race 2 - One Fine Winter @ 35/1 (WSB)
Doesnt look like stable elect but nicely bred. Some of siblings showed some early pace and ran close. Drawn on right side of course. 2 De Kock runners look hard to beat but every so often a spook pops up.

Race 3 - Zip Code @ 40/1
I have been following this one for awhile, had some really strong early form, and then gone off the boil. Sometimes this stable can pop up. 1st choice is the No. 1 who I think is a top sort, but cant take it at those odds. Will probably try Quartet floating these 2.

Race 4 - Max the Magician @ 15/1
Been on this one the last few, hoping he repays me soon. Looks an open race and if forced to put on the one of the favs, think Cyrmic would get my money.

Race 5 - Gimmeafabulous @ 10/1
On breeding should get the trip and I was on her last time when won nicely. Will stock with her. My outside will be Its her Way, stable wasnt positive but well drawn and with postage stamp on back might pop up.

Race 6 - Gerbera @ 25/1
Fav looks hard to beat, but been following this one and with decent draw and form jock, hopeing will pop up in places if not surprise.

Race 7 - Dont Cry for Me @ 10/1 (WSB/HWB)
Step up in class but won impressively last time over distance.

Race 8 - Barbersco @ 6/1
Old fav of mine since South highlighted him.

Race 9 - Karate Kid @ 14/1

Race 10 - With Mackem on Pibe De Oro.

I'm going with Lucky Lad 11/2 ew. Tarry yard in good form and Fourie back on board.

I think GL would have taken ride but don't think makes 52kg weight for ROK. Been good to me so will stick with.
AG has Muzi on again, goes well this distance and not disgraced in better class recently.

Silver Tudor is drawn on the "wrong side" at 1 but give him a decent ew chance .

I'm all in VJ's Angel and the Tony Peter Jet A1 gas

Don't Cry For me a narrow first choice from Aristotle

No idea in the last

T6 hard to oppose fave but WORLD OF ALICE 22/1 is too big, if she's back to best she's a real lurker.

T9 Exchange Student 11/1

Geez tough going today. Great shout KT on gimmefab, big stable gamble landed by looks of things.
