LYRICAL GANGSTER ran a fair race over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth last time. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. The drop to 1000m should not be an issue for the son of Gimmethegreenlight and he may be the one to side with in this line-up.
STORMIN ATTACK is an unraced daughter of The United States and Richard Fourie is booked to ride. She is related to multiple winners including Ibutho and Emerald Band. Race 4
CALL TO UNITE returns from a 13-week break which may have done him the world of good. He has won three times, finished second once and third once from six starts on this course. Callan Murray is likely to use his early gate speed from his good draw of three and if not in need of the run, he may be hard to peg back.
VAPOUR TRAIL followed up his maiden win with a good third-place finish in the Grade 3 Langerman. He returns from a 12-week break, during which time he would have strengthened up. With a bit of luck in running, he should be right there.

Race 5
BATON ROUGE has good recent form lines to his name. He set the pace in the Non-Black Type Winter Country Championship 2000 Final but tired late. He has won once, finished second twice and third once from six starts over this distance. Despite his big mass of 63kgs, he may be the horse to side with.
STATE CAPITOL finished 0.75 lengths behind the top choice last time. She is 1kg worse off at the weights today and may have to settle for the same result.
FUTURE FREE got up late when winning his maiden over 1400m on the Hollywoodbets Kenilworth Winter course. The son of Futura takes on stronger, but has plenty of scope and should be up to the task at hand.
Race 6

ROLAND GARROS is better than his last outing in the Grade 3 Langerman. He won his previous two efforts. JP van der Merwe steps back into the saddle and he may be the one to fill the exacta spot.
THREE TIGERS followed up his maiden win with a good third-place finish in the Listed Somerset 1200. He would have strengthened up during his time off the track. He carries a light mass of 52.5kgs and should give a good account of himself.
