Winning Form selections for @Hollywoodbets Greyville on Wednesday 28th January where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter Punters Challenge

Race 1

NEBULOUS ran a good race when third in her local debut over 1000m on the turf. She received a bump leaving the start and made late headway. The daughter of The United States will enjoy the rise to 1200m and if taking to the polytrack, she can shed her maiden tag.

PREDATOR‘S SUPRISE ran a fair race over this distance on the turf last time. The cheekpieces seem to have done the trick. She gets the services of 4kgs claiming Apprentice Dezahn Louw and with a light mass, she may be the one to fill the exacta spot.

LOU LOU finished 2.5 lengths behind the second choice last time. She is 9.5kgs worse off at the weights today and may battle to turn the form around.

Race 2

CALI BULLET raced wide around the turn over 1800m on the turf last time, but stayed on at the finish. She finished second in her penultimate outing over this C&D. The daughter of The United States has cracked a good draw of two and may be the one to side with.

CHOOKS KISS did not settle in the early stages of her last start over this distance on the turf. The daughter of Rafeef has plenty of scope and if switching off early, she would not be a shock winner.

HARPA is better than her last start on the turf. She finished third over 1400m on this course in her penultimate outing. Calvin Habib steps back into the saddle and she cannot be discounted.

Race 3

MS GALORE was unlucky not to have won her last start over this distance on the turf. Keagan de Melo does duty from a good draw of two. She receives her sex allowance and can go one better in this line-up.

DESERT DOG found one too good in the form of Tee Dog last time. His penultimate run when touched off by Sword Speed over 1600m catches the eye. Nicholas Patel steps back into the saddle and the son of Fire Away should be the first male past the post.

DIRECTOR ran a fair race over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. It must be noted that multiple horses from that form line have come out and won since. If Sean Veale is able to switch him off early, he should have a say in the outcome of this contest.

Race 4

PROFESSOR LUPIN finished 0.35 lengths behind L’ULTIMO last time. He is 1kg better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. He has cracked pole position and can return to winning ways.

L’ULTIMO showed guts when winning his last start over 1200m on this course. He received a three-pound penalty for that victory. The son of The United States is in a good space and merits healthy respect.

THE MASK was unlucky not to have won his last start over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. He finished 2.1 lengths behind the top choice in his penultimate run. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and he may have to settle for the same result.

Race 5

THE GLIDING FISH stayed on strongly when fourth over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. He has won once and finished second once from three starts over this C&D. The 7yo gelding drops in class and from pole position, he can notch up his fifth-career victory.

RAFIKI ran a good race when second in his comeback outing over this C&D. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. The son of Rafeef drops back in class and is one of the leading contenders.

LOU LOU THE LEGEND was unlucky not to have won his last start over 1200m on this course. His last victory came under Sean Veale and the combination merit obvious consideration.

Race 6

PRINCE OF TROY was not disgraced in his first run out the maidens over 1200m on the turf. The son of Act Of War won on debut over 1200m on this course. He will be at home over 1400m and it is encouraging that Keagan de Melo is booked to ride. He has plenty of scope and may be the one to beat.

PARMENION finished 0.05 lengths behind EL REY VIENE last time. He is 3.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.

KUMEMORI finished strongly when 0.15 lengths behind EL REY VIENE last time. He is 1kg better off at the weights today which may be enough to turn the form around. If not too far out of his ground turning for home, he should be competitive.

Race 7

MAGIC SURPRISE is the best bet on the programme. He may have cost himself winning last time as he hung inwards in the final 200m. It is encouraging that Rachel Venniker has kept faith in the ride. The son of Willow Magic takes a drop in class and if keeping on a straight line, he can return to winning ways.

FATE OF FORTUNE has good consistent form lines to his credit. He has won twice, finished second once and third once from as many starts over this C&D. Should the top choice fluff his lines, he may be the one to pick up the pieces.

RAFA‘S BOY finished 2 lengths behind the second choice last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and he may have to settle for the same result.

Race 8

TRAFALGAR SQUARE finished 0.3 lengths behind AXIS POWER last time. He is 1kg better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. 2.5kgs claiming Apprentice Mxolisi Mbuto retains the ride. He is likely to race from just off the pace and will be finishing strongly.

AXIS POWER won his last start at a big price over this C&D. He has cracked a good draw of four and if confirming his recent improvement, he can go close.

PURPLE POWAHOUSE finished 0.95 lengths behind the second selection last time. He is 1kg better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish
