Winning Form selections for @Hollywoodbets Kenilworth on Wednesday 3rd December where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter Punters Challenge
Race 1
DIGBY has consistent form lines to his credit. He should have finished closer to the winner last time as he was carried inwards at the 250m mark. It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since. Richard Fourie is booked to ride and he may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most.
WORLD CHAMPION showed some improvement when fourth over this distance at Hollywoodbets Durbanville last time. He has been gelded since that outing which may have done the trick. Should the top choice fluff his lines, he may be the one to pick up the pieces.
GREEN POINT is an unraced son of Gimmethegreenlight from the Adam Marcus stable with JP van der Merwe in the saddle. He is related to multiple winners and if not too green, he should start his career on a positive note. The betting market will be the best guide with regards to him and the other unraced entrants.
Race 2
IN A TIMELY MANNER ran a good race when third over 1400m on this course last time. He raced from a handy position and stayed on at the finish. The son of Legislate should have no issues with the rise to 1600m and he will strip much fitter. In this field, he may be the one to beat.
SESAME has finished fourth in both her post maiden efforts, the latest of which was over this C&D. She is an honest individual and is one of the leading contenders.
HIAWATHA GOLDBERG was running on when second over 1400m on this course last time. He will strip much fitter and with Apprentice Dezahn Louw retaining the ride, he should be involved at the finish.
Race 3
PRAIRIE DAWN is the best bet on the programme. He stayed on at the finish when third over 1200m last time. The son of The United States is a progressive type and will be at home over 1500m. With a bit of luck from his awkward draw of eight, he should take a power of beating.
SOMMERSTERN took the lead at the 200m mark last time before getting caught late by Clark Griswold. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. The son of Gimmethegreenlight may be the one to fill the exacta spot.
WONDERFUL TONIGHT was disappointing in his last start over 1800m. He returns from a 10-week break which may have done him the world of good. He does have a wide draw to overcome, but gets the services of Richard Fourie who will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle.
Race 4
This is a competitive B Stakes field and caution is advised. The tentative first selection is TENPENNY from the Paddy Kruyer stable. He was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over 1600m at Hollywoodbets Durbanville. The son of What A Winter is an honest individual and can follow up with another victory.
MAJOR MASTER ran a fair race over 1600m on this course last time. The son of Master Of My Fate has ability and if putting his best foot forward, he should pose a massive threat.
HANDSOME PRINCE challenged strongly over 1400m last time, but found one too good in the form of Gimmie Rules. He finished 4.3 lengths behind the top choice in his penultimate run. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result.
Race 5
MASTER OF PARIS ran a good race when second in the Listed Woolavington Stakes last time. He stayed on at the finish but found one too good in the form of Ahead Of The Facts. The son of Master Of My Fate drops back in class and can notch up his fourth-career victory.
BEAUTIFUL SIDE has consistent form lines to her name. She was slow into stride over 1800m last time and stayed on at the finish. The daughter of Vercingetorix should give the males a run for their money.
TOTHEMOONANDBACK is better than his last start over 1800m. His penultimate run when third over 2400m at Hollywoodbets Durbanville was encouraging. Richard Fourie steps back into the saddle, and the combination cannot be discounted.
Race 6
GIVETHATMANABELLS set the pace over this C&D last time before getting caught late by Marcus Aurelius. He would have come on from the outing and should strip much fitter. Luyolo Mxothwa is likely to use his early gate speed to overcome the widest draw and he may be hard to peg back.
BOUNDLESS LOVE showed guts when winning his last start over 1600m on this course. The son of Master Of My Fate won his maiden over this C&D. Should the top choice fluff his lines, he may be the one to pick up the pieces.
DEVIL A SAINT finished 5.25 lengths behind the top selection last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today which is not enough for the tables to be turned.
Race 7
FORT RED was not beaten far when facing stronger opposition over 1000m at Hollywoodbets Durbanville last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. He gets the services of 4kgs claiming Apprentice Bavish Soodoo. If finding the form of his penultimate outing, he can notch up his eighth-career victory.
GRAVITY found one too good in the form of Palace Gift last time. 4kgs claiming Apprentice Sifisokuhle Bungane retains the ride, and the combination merit healthy respect.
BLACK PATH finished 0.75 lengths behind the second choice last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and there should not be much separating them at the finish.
Race 8
ALL ABOUT AL has decent recent form lines to his name. He was running on when third over this C&D last time. Callan Murray is booked to ride and he may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most.
BILLY COOL finished 1.5 lengths behind the top choice last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish.
MAJOR APOLLO finished 2.75 lengths behind the top selection in the race referred to above. He would have come on from the outing and should strip much fitter. If finding the form of his penultimate run, he should be competitive
