Winning Form selections for racing from the Vaal on Tuesday 26th May where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter @Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge

Race 1

SAMUEL SHARPE stayed on at the finish over 2000m on the Turffontein Inside course last time, but found one too good in the form of Green Machine. The son of Flower Alley finished third over this distance in his penultimate outing. He gets the blinkers fitted which should keep his mind on the task at hand. Savanna Valjalo takes the 1.5kgs off his back and he can shed his maiden tag.

COMIC ARTIST finished 2.5 lengths behind the top choice last time. She is 0.5kgs worse off at the weights and may have to settle for the same result.

HEROIC ACT finished 4.25 lengths behind the top selection last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result.

Race 2

TIGER MAGIC produced a promising debut effort when second over this distance at Hollywoodbets Greyville. He showed speed, tried hard but found one too good in the form of Kudikaran. The son of Willow Magic would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected, he can go one better.

BUFFALO KING CODY is better than his last start when a beaten odds-on favourite as he was reported to be not striding out. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. On his previous form, he should pose a threat.

TENAREEF is an unraced son of Rafeef from the Johan Janse van Vuuren stable with Keagan de Melo up. He is related to multiple winners including Captain Chorus and Symphony Of Light. If not in need of the run, he should start his career on a positive note. The betting market will be the best guide with regards to him and the other unraced entrants.

Race 3

STAGGERWING was far from disgraced when fourth in the Listed Wilgerbosdrift Ruffian Stakes last time. She jumped awkwardly leaving the start, but stayed on at the finish. The daughter of Rafeef returns from an 11-week break, during which time she would have strengthened up. She is back in Maiden Company and should take a power of beating.

MOLTEN ROCK showed improvement when fourth over this distance at Turffontein last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. She is a progressive type and may have more to come.

RUBY WHISPER found one too good in the form of Haute Couture last time. She finished second over this C&D in her penultimate outing. The daughter of Captain Of All may be rewarded for consistency.

Race 4

SPECIAL STAR ran a fair race over 2000m at Turffontein last time. It must be noted that Future Gamble has come out and won again since. The daughter of Danon Platina comes into this contest well-weighted. If seeing out the 2400m, she can return to winning ways.

PLAY WITH FIRE stayed on when fourth over 1800m on this course last time. The manner in which she finishes off her races suggests that she will be suited to 2400m. Should the top choice fluff her lines, she may be the one to pick up the pieces.

CHABAL found one too good in the form of We Are The Logans last time. He has won twice and finished second once from five starts on this course. The son of Gimmethegreenlight would not be a shock winner.

Race 5

BOUNDLESS LOVE was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over 1600m on the Turffontein Inside course. He received a five-pound penalty for that victory. The son of Master Of My Fate is in a good space and merits healthy respect.

ORANGE COUNTY finished 4.6 lengths behind the top selection last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and he may have to settle for the same result.

DIWALI ROCKET took on stronger in his last start. His penultimate run when second over this distance at Turffontein was encouraging. Kyle Strydom steps back into the saddle and the combination may find themselves in the winner’s enclosure.

Race 6

SHEETS AND GOGGLES stayed on at the finish over this C&D last time. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight drops in class and gets the services of Mickaelle Michel who takes the 1.5kgs off her back. On best form shown, she can notch up her fourth-career victory.

CREPUSCOLO ran a fair race when third over 2000m on this course last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. He will strip much fitter and is one of the leading contenders.

ITSNOWORNEVER ran a fair race over 1600m on the Turffontein Inside course last time. He was reported to be not striding out that day. He has cracked a handy draw of five and would not be a shock winner.

Race 7

LEAD THE CHARGE was slow into stride over 1100m at Turffontein last time, but stayed on to finish fifth. He won his penultimate outing over 1160m at Turffontein. The son of Lancaster Bomber has won over this distance previously and back in a handicap, he may be the one to side with.

JUST THE TWO OF US moved up well over this C&D last time and stayed on to finish fourth. She won her penultimate outing under Rachel Venniker. The daughter of Oratorio should give the males a run for their money.

SOSORU followed up his maiden win with an equally impressive victory over 1160m at Turffontein. The son of Vercingetorix takes another rise in class, but he looks to have class about him and can bring up the hat-trick.

Race 8

TAKING A RISK challenged strongly over this C&D last time, but found one too good in the form of Lovable. The daughter of Fire Away is in a good space and Gavin Lerena may be able to get the best out of her where it matters most.

TIME WILL TELL finished 0.3 lengths behind MAGIC CARPET RIDE last time. He is 1kg better off at the weights today and that should be enough to turn the form around.

MAGIC CARPET RIDE was given a strong ride when winning her last start over this C&D. She received a two- pound penalty for that victory. She is in a good space and merits obvious consideration.

Race 9

ZOOMBOMBER challenged strongly over 1000m on this course last time, but found one too good in the form of Magic Carpet Ride. He has won twice, finished second once and third once from six starts over this distance. With a bit of luck in running, he can go one better.

ORIENTAL BOUQUET finished 0.35 lengths behind the top choice last time. She is 0.5kgs worse off at the weights today and may have to settle for the same result.

KOTINOS stayed on when fifth over 1400m at Turffontein last time. He has won twice from four starts over this C&D. He has dropped to a competitive rating and with Gavin Lerena in the saddle, he would not be a surprise winner
