Tottenham continued their goal-scoring streak last Saturday after thrashing Aston Villa by 4 goals. Heung-min Son produced yet another world-class performance bagging himself a hat trick while Harry Kane put 2 assists to his name. Premier League being the sole focus, Antonio Conte has been making the best of their long breaks in-between the weekend games and it' now looking very promising in terms of securing Champions League football next season. Tottenham sunk Brighton in a 2-0 win at the seaside just a month ago and going into this fixture they have scored 21 goals in their last 6 Premier League appearances and it is difficult to see them missing out on all 3 points on Saturday.
Brighton
The Seagulls snapped their 6-game losing streak with a 0-0 stalemate against Norwich and a 2-1 victory over Arsenal and they are floating in the middle of the Premier League table. However, going to London on Saturday afternoon might stall their recovery as they take on an in form Tottenham outfit. A victory over the Gunners was impressive as yet again they were the underdogs but looking at the overall picture Brighton lost 6 of their last 9 Premier league fixtures and conceded a combined total of 14 goals. It is very hard to see Brighton building on their victory last week and all odds are currently against them.
Verdict
Although there will be confidence within Graham Potter`s camp, Tottenham have been in an exceptional form and now find themselves in the Top 4. It is hard to see Conte`s side losing their momentum and I would back Spurs to take all 3 points on Saturday afternoon.
