Just 3 points adrift from a spot in the Premier League`s Top 4, Spurs face Newcastle at on Saturday afternoon at 17:30 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Premier League`s Top 4 race will be catching many eyes around the globe. Tottenham find themselves just a few points away from next season`s Champions League campaign and in a positive form - having won 3 of their last 4 Premier League fixtures. Conte`s side now have a great opportunity to mount the pressure onto Arsenal (who are currently sitting in 4th place) and their last Premier League 3-1 victory over a credible West Ham side shows us the confidence in the camp is high. The attacking duo of Harry Kane and Heung-min Son have not had problems finding the net in their recent fixtures and I do see at least one of them getting on the scoresheet.
Newcastle
The Magpies find themselves in the lower half of the Premier League table and a 3rd loss in a row if things don`t go to plan in London. Newcastle`s defence has strongly improved since the January transfer window and prior to their last 2 Premier League losses they went 9 league games without a defeat. Their last 2 defeats against Everton and Chelsea were both due to a last-minute goal from the respective sides, which is a clear indication to me that they will give Tottenham a real challenge in breaking the backline down.
Verdict
Newcastle has seen a great defensive improvement under Eddie Howe, and they are looking more likely to avoid the drop zone but visiting London might not help their cause. Tottenham are now within reach of next season`s Champions League under Conte`s management and all odds are currently in their favour. It might take some time breaking the Magpies down, but at the end of the day I see Tottenham snatching a narrow victory.
