The first leg of an IPL double header this Sunday sees Royal Challengers Bangalore host Delhi Capitals and RCB are still looking to break their duck.
Royal Challengers Bangalore
RCB were also involved in a home fixture against the Knight Riders on Friday and they contrived to lose a game they looked to have in the bag. Kohli (84) and de Villiers (63) helped RCB post 205/3 batting first and at 153/5 with 3 overs to go KKR were in trouble. Enter Andre Russell to smash 48 off just 13 balls and the Knight Riders even got home with 5 balls to spare.
It’s now 5 defeats in 5 matches for RCB who’s only other home fixture was also a thriller which saw Mumbai prevail by 6 runs.
Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals hosted the in-form Sunrisers in their most recent outing on Thursday and they went down by 5 wickets in a low scoring game. Delhi posted just 129/8 against the Sunrisers in difficult batting conditions and they now have 2 wins and 3 defeats against their name.
Their 2 away fixtures this season have delivered mixed results, they started with an excellent 37 run victory at Mumbai Indians but next time they travelled they went down by 14 runs away to the Kings XI

Betting Angle
RCB must be wondering what they have to do to end this losing sequence and their shell shocked bowlers are the big problem. The only plus is that Kohli and de Villiers were in super form on this ground on Friday but Delhi should enjoy a better batting surface than they get on home turf and a tentative vote goes to the visitors.
