Shop around for the best prices but as a guide Italy are the hot favourites to top this quartet at around 8/15 with Turkey and Switzerland both available at at least 9/2 and Wales are trading at around 9/1.
Turkey
Turkey are listed as the home side but bear in mind this game is staged in Rome and their subsequent matches will be hosted in Baku, Azerbaijan. In qualifying for these finals Turkey finished as runners up to France, winning 7, drawing 2 and losing 1 of their matches and their stand out result was a 2-0 home win over France and they also drew the return with the French 1-1 whilst their sole defeat came in Iceland (2-1).
Turkey's World Cup 2022 qualifying campaign started really well including a home win over the Netherlands (4-2 and Norway (3-0) in March before they were held to a 3-3 draw by Latvia.

Italy
Roberto Mancini coaches Italy who came through a qualifying group with a perfect record, scoring 37 goals and conceding just 4. The opposition in qualifying was modest with Finland finishing distant runners up ahead of Greece, Bosnia, Armenia and Liechtenstein.
World Cup 2022 qualifying is also looking good after 2-0 wins in each of their first 3 matches against Northern Ireland, Bulgaria and Lithuania.
The Italians will play all their group matches in Rome and in the outright betting to win the tournament they are trading at around 9/1.

Turkey are trading at around 6/1 to win the game with the draw at 27/10 and Italy can be backed at around 8/15

The Verdict:
Whilst Italy are clear favourites in this quartet the general consensus among the football betting pundits is there is little between the other 3 sides and matches in this group could be really tight.
Italy have done nothing wrong for some time although the quality of opposition they have faced is nothing special. Turkey I find harder to assess but their results against France in qualifying suggest they should not be taken lightly.
I fancy either side to edge it by a single goal margin.
