Thought I would start a thread for the week anyway anyway with some early RC thoughts and any other rugby related discussion including RWC
Here are my projected caps - not sure if there are any lines out yet but WSB usually first and couldnt find anything
Australia +9.5 v New Zealand
SA -12.5 v Argentina
Feel free to post anything rugby related on here even if not betting related

Australia +11 v NZ
South Africa -19 v Arg
Surely that 19 is a little large!

There is another prep game this coming weekend in addition to Japan vs Samoa:Brent Graham wrote: Going to be a strange weekend with only Japan v Samoa and I am not sure if that is televised in SA.
Fiji vs Tonga at 02.00 SA time.
Have no idea as to TV or bookies coverage.
From next weekend there are some juicy match-ups coming
29 July 6 games total,
5 August has 8 games, and so on up till the WC.
I'm salivating at the thought

Japan not as good on paper, kicking game very soft (only one reliable kicker in Lee as long as Nakano is a outside center with no kicking game). Osada, their best player against NZ last week, still on the bench. Wingers don't know how to tackle.

Think will be fairly intense game as quite a rivalry. But starved of rugby and tomorrow i've taken -
Fiji Tonga over 52.5
Jap Samoa over 57.5 (indoor arena, pitch like a lush carpet)
Double @ 5/2

Pablo wrote: Samoa +14.5 looks nice on paper. They are a shit team but center partnership looks pretty strong and 9-10 combo as well. They have some experienced campaigners and forward pack is not that bad (Alo Emile, Alanuiese, Faasao, Seu, Seuteni, Paaiaua had a strong last season in their respective teams)

Only one 1u there but a winner is a winner

Wasn’t a mens rugby sized strike but still a pathetic attempt at some evening rugby betting interest from yours truly. Spain Not even troubled the scoreboard.
Thank god for next weekends games.
