I have noticed that Brent started the year with 12 units left on his Sunbet account and he has spent 5 units on losing causes. I have a BetXChange account on which I have racked up 15 consecutive losing fixed odds bets leaving me with virtually 7 units exactly. My bets have ranged from long odds to the absolute desperation of The Clippers at -3.5 for half a unit ( @ 7/10 ) - A losing bet
. We have decided to spend our last 7 units under this thread in a desperate attempt to redeem ourselves. The bets will be placed over the next 2-3 weeks ( minimum 1 unit - max 7 units ) at the books we are trapped with ( ie Sunbet and BetXChange ). My aim is to finally place a winnning bet with BetXChange and absolutely over the Moon would be to add 3 friends to my 7 units. I will leave Brent to post his aspirations.Anyone is is welcome to join us in our quest with the simple rules.
7 units - min 1unit bet - only @ one book - obviously between 1-7 bets. ( No limit on odds as I will probably go for a 10/1 acca should I come up empty handed after 6 bets )
There are no prizes and the Thread finishes when our last bet pays ( or possibly loses ).
A word of warning though. If there are any Hooray Henry's out there who happen to turn their 7 units into 20 plus in the next couple of weeks - Brent and myself will probably not speak to you for at least a month.

BetXchange don't offer the 10 and 20 golf markets and they had Dufner v Kim at odds on - so no bet. I am going to follow the advice of that punting sage on his blog - Patience the key in 2018
