Two weeks in a row I went with the 1-12 margin instead of sticking to my guns and backing the side I fancied on the handicap! Province really came out all guns blazing last night. Fortunately Ruhan Nel crossed the line and I also got on the points so a bit of profit from the game.

Free State v Sharks
Missed the boat on the tasty handicaps but will still have a nibble on the -29.5 at Sunbet (despite what I said on the #chatbetting show).
Then also going for Rob du Preez to score anytime @ 15/10.
First scoring play - Sharks try @ 15/20
Last team to score a try - States @ 28/10 (smaller punt)

Horrid performance from the Sharks there! In typical fashion their minds were just never on the job today. Apart from the maul they had NOTHING to offer today - pathetic. Should have stuck with my preview call and stayed away from the handicap there. At least the last try and first scoring play came home so no damage done on the betting front for me.

Really enjoyable start to English Premiership, think the quality was high so far in round one and betting results went kindly.

Looking for one more for weekend - Saracens -4.5 2nd half cap at 9/10. Expect them to pull away after a close first half, playing on this pitch like a home game for them.
