That’s indeed a bad beat. Never seen Ioane kick so poorly.

Tonga has made 8 changes from the team that beat the western force 19-15.
Any thoughts on Georgia v Scotland game? The line opened at +7 and has now moved out to +11.5. Scots have made 10 changes to the side that beat France. Scotland become the first tier one side to play in Georgia. Georgia just beat the Southern Kings by 4 points.

BDub wrote: I’ve gone Vikings -4.5 and Brisbane City +3.5 vs Drua. Hoping the WC would have disrupted the Fijian team
Same here even on Brisbane ML @2.50 for me there should be favorite. 8 players in the Reds SR squad including brillant youngsters and a classy 9-10 pairing. The Drua have lost a large number of players from last year and they have 4 U20 starting (their U20 are not AUS U20 level) + Drua are in general not best travelers. I may read it wrong but on paper there is much more class and a better pack for Brisbane

Well played Pierre. French look seriously impressive.

As a punter when u see those moments you know it’s going to haunt you by end of game. Massive swing with the yellow as well.
Can’t decide if Italy poor or French good but a poor result on the + cap nonetheless.
Bounce back tomorrow.

Fiji team very similar to team that beat France!
Tonga full of NZ born Tongans that were never quite good enough.
Fiji threats all over the park.
Coach McKee v Coach Kefu - No contest!
Confidence 8 of 10

I see a strong Scottish Team, particularly the backline.
Georgia Team list doesn't mean much to me, but did see their ordinary performances out here in the Pacific.
Tier One v Tier Two.
Betting Scotland -11.5. Looks like money for jam, Maximum Bet.

But Mitre 10, now that's better.
And if the Mako had got past the -12.5, I'd have cleaned up. I had them as my banker all week in about 5 accumulators - boy, that could've been a brilliant payday.
Roll on next week. And the WC.
Thanks 3P, Dave, Hanrick, Brent, Couch, and the others for the great tips, much appreciated.

Talking of the World Cup I'm really starting to move my focus to that. If I'm not mistaken we might even start chatting tryscorers and point scorers on Use It or Lose It tomorrow so its full-on World Cup mode for me from here on in (with a bit of Mitre10 in between of course). I'll also be shouting Hanrick's early Free State play home on Saturday.
