Italy V Canada

Italy is running out a B squad I count only 2 in the starting lineup that started last against Namibia. Italy shut it down in the 44 minute in that game as soon as the bonus point was locked up. I expect a similar tactic Vs Canada not confident to back Canada in the + its probably about right but Ill have a light play on Canada Over 15.5 points. There should be opportunities for Canada in the second half with what is likely be an Italy C team closing out the game.

Have taken Cheetahs outright at 6/10 and -3.5 handicap at 9.5/10 (pity I missed out on the outright at 8/10 yesterday!), as well as Mr Joe Dweba anytime at 2.62.

The Cheetahs rolling thunder proved very powerful in the CC, and I expect them to use it again tomorrow night in Bloem (where conditions look great btw).

WRT the RWC:

All 3 games on Saturday are set to be one-sided. Furthermore, all 3 teams have great rolling mauls too... So I have taken the following:

Julian Montoya anytime try scorer vs Tonga @2.25 (he will be starting and most likely play 60 mins. Argies need a big win and their maul is a weapon)

Rory Best anytime try scorer vs Japan @3.5 (he will be starting and most likely play 60 mins due to playing a full game against Scotland. Ireland have an awesome pack and should dominate at maul time. Also, 3.5 for a starting hooker is way too high considering how much Ireland are than Japan)

Bongi Mbonambi anytime try scorer vs Namibia @1.5 (he will be starting and most likely play 60 mins and then Brits will move from 8 to hooker)

Schalk Brits anytime try scorer vs Namibia @2.3 (He'll be starting at 8 and then moving to hooker when Bongi goes off. He's a try scoring threat at any position.)

Taken same bet @ slightly less odds @ 5/6. Full change to Boks side, I think this cap comes in by about 7 points.

I've got cold feet on this bet and have closed out via SA -59 @ evens. I haven't listened to hear what the views were on the show tonight, will take a look tomorrow. But the England result with a B side vs a better USA team has me a bit concerned. The weather looks like it will just about hold for Boks/Namibia, maybe some rain late in game.

But just not prepared to risk it as simply no nothing about this Namibian B team. Worried they get hammered in scrums and get a yellow or 2 and then the floodgates open.

Only 2 changes for Uruguay. Don’t think Georgia are giving enough respect. Buying myself out of this bet.

at least 1 Yellow card to be given in each game Sat/Sun - works out to 17/2 acca (Sunbet). Fancy the refs to be hot on the rules this weekend.

South does a red count or does it have to be a yellow? I like the bet

Given that books tend to offer red card as a seperate market. I'd imagine Red card would be excluded. Would be great if they had a 'card to be issued' market though.

yes BB correct, red wouldn't count. But i just think in general refs have come under criticism for missing quite a bit so expecting in general stricter officiating this weekend.

And sorry i got price mixed up due to decimal display, it's just over 15/2.

Does anyone know how strong this Kings side is? I see Robbie Kempson is the coach. A few unknown names. Edging towards Cardiff at 1/1 here who look like they have some experience.

Looks moderately weak to me.

The market in Europe certainly seems to think so: I got some Cardiff +2 earlier, there has been a 10 point swing they are now -8!!

Hope you got on Cardiff at 1/1 BDub ;)

Although I'm firmly in the Bok camp, Gbets have priced up either team to win to nil? NO @ 5/2.

An effective 5/2 on Nam to score a point is nice value!

Sounds too good to be true as Namibia are odds on to score and the best price I've seen for SA to win to nil is 3/1. Have they inverted there yes and no prices for that market? Chance of a palbable error maybe with that one.

Just had a look and they go 1.28 for either team to win to nil and 3.5 for no, so does look like they've got the prices the wrong way round. Good look though, you never know!

That should be the French squad agains USA

Ramos - Huget, Guitoune, Fickou, Raka - (o) Lopez, (m) Machenaud - Iturria, Picamoles, Camara- Gabrillagues, Le Roux - Setiano, Chat, Baille

If so, I can see France scoring as much as England with that backline
