Sydney are the current champions but they had a slow start to their season. After 4 matches they have only two wins, and they hope that they can build on their 3-0 away win last week at Macarthur.
Phoenix also had a slow start to their season, winning their first game last week, 2-1 away to the Mariners.
Phoenix are from New Zealand and are based in NSW this season due to Covid restrictions.
They hope to catch the play-offs again, same like last year, and maybe get to the final.
Sydney have been the best team in the league for a long time now and last week's win was like a statement in its proportions.
They should be able to follow that up with a home win against Wellington, whose defence has been leaky so far.
At the beginning of the season, Sydney beat Wellington "away" at their NSW base 2-1.
Bet 1: Sydney -0.5 @2.00
Bet 2: Sydney over 1.5 goals @1.83

Brisbane Roar vs Macarthur
Brisbane Roar is on fire nowadays, as they are on a 4-match winning streak. Not only they won 4 matches in a row, but they did it in commanding fashion.
Scott McDonald, Riku Danzaki and Dylan Wenzel-Halls ruled in their 5-2 win against Victory 3 days ago.
They are now close to the top spot with 4 wins and 1 defeat. With two games in hand they only need to win this and get to the top.
Macarthur are sitting mid table with 2 wins. They've had mixed results so far, as their wins came away from home against mid table opposition.
It's difficult to bet against Brisbane Roar the way they're playing at the moment, which is entertaining football and they score many goals.
Bet 1: Brisbane Roar -0.5 @2.04
Bet 2: Brisbane over 1.5 goals @2.00

Been following CTC matches and amazed that 9 of the last 10 games have seen BTTS arrive - very unusual for the PSL

Home 17/20 Draw 29/10 Away 13/4
These teams last met three months ago and Palace scraped home 4-1. No Zaha tonight though. Leeds have won three of their ten home matches. I make that a 70% chance that they don't win and we do see a goal or three when Leeds play so taking

Melbourne Victory are bottom of the ladder with only one win in five matches. Four days ago they were demolished by Brisbane Roar, 5-2 after a very poor display. Their coach put the players on notice and he expects a response tonight.
The Wanderers are mid table and with a win here they can get to second. They are undefeated in their last five games, with two wins and three draws. Last one a spectacular 2-2 away to Macarthur (see the link below for a spectacular miss involving several players).
Spectacular action in front of goal
The Wanderers are playing entertaining football and coming after two consecutive draws, they should do one better against Victory, who have not shown much yet.

Macarthur vs Adelaide
Macarthur have not won at home yet, but they are in good form, coming from an amazing 2-0 win away to Brisbane, a match that Brisbane may still be wondering how come they didn't win it, as they dominated throughout.
Adelaide are in poor form, they are coming after two consecutive defeats, last one being at home.
Adelaide should try to bounce back and we should see their effort on the scoreboard, but at the same time their defence has been leaky, and with Macarthur in good form, we should see goals at both ends.
