A new week lies ahead and I will be keeping a close eye on the Australia v New Zealand handicap after issuing "Graham's Guarantee" in our newsletter - extract below
EARLY BET: 8 units Australia +20.5* at 17/20 at Sportingbet
*This bet comes with “Graham’s Guarantee” in that the handicap will be less than 20.5 by kick off. If it doesn’t I will film the next #TheHandicap topless
As Hanrick said on Twitter he is sure many a lady will be backing the minus to ensure the cap doesn't move
I am pleased to report it has edged in to +19.5 at the moment and as short as +17.5 elsewhere
It is Currie Cup semi-final weekend and here are my projected handicaps
Bulls -12.5 v WP
Sharks -12.5 v Griquas
I have no idea if we are going to get NPC this weekend but suspect not

USA looked strong against England and in the first bit against Ireland until they crashed. Canada is not the team they used to be and can't see them staying in the fight for too long.

Australia over 9.5 1st half points @ 10/11
Sell out crowd and solid looking starting 15, early kick off and likely perfect conditions. I think this is a cracking bet.

Ok lads as you know I am heavily involved in the +20.5
South for the preview gone with your 1st half points play on the Aussies and also taken some 25/1 they win the tournament
For those that still want to back Aussie plus there is some +19.5 on offer
Just wish the game was today

I see the handicap has shifted to 14.5 - won't mean anything though (other than I will be earing a shirt next week) if Aus don't deliver
No further involvement from me and enjoy the game

Aus overs looks a very solid bet, but with Damon Murphy I can't take overs bets so rather going for the unders on NZ tries.

Fired Aus over 13.5 @ 5/6 to get back into profit on game. Surely they can’t be as stupid as first half??

I took the same bet as you at half time, Aussies to go overs, and luckily they held on to finish within the Brent handicap, where I was invested quite big.southpaw wrote: Geez stressful 2nd half which while entertaining rugby it was shout at TV stuff at times. Thank god the Aussies scored a few and turned a profit on match or would have been a long day ahead!
The sigh of relief when Barrett kicked the ball out!!!
