Melbourne Victory vs Western United

Both sides are missing key stars for this local derby.
Three players out for United and four for Victory.
This is a tricky fixture for both teams, as both teams are in the fight to catch the top two spots.

Brisbane Roar vs Melbourne City

The Roar have won their last two games and are now going for the play-off spots. Their last win was an impressive 4-1 away to Perth.
Melbourne City are going for the title and currently are sitting first. However they've had 3 draws in their last 4 matches, with the last two consecutive. They want to break the pattern and get back to winning ways. They have four missing players on international duty, but they have enough depth to cover that.
They have the most goals scored in the league, but they also concede a lot.

Bet 1: BTTS Yes & Over 2.5 goals @2.20
Bet 2: BTTS Yes @1.76

Australia vs Japan

The Socceroos are without 12 key players, missing through Covid, injuries, suspension or not released from the club.
The coach could not be with the team for preparations because of Covid forced isolation. He was able to come out of it only today.
Japan have tightened things at the back quite drastically, as they've had a clean sheet in all their last four games.

Australia missed crucial points against China and Oman, and now they must win this game for them to hope for a direct qualification. they are already qualified for the qualification play-offs, a convoluted and ultimately dangerous path, which culminates with the deciding match against the 5th South American team.
Many fresh faces in the Australian team, and although the top goalscorer McLaren is available, the coach kept him on the bench.

Despite a couple of top players missing, Japan are with a strong line-up.
It is rainy and I think we'll have a difficult game.

Bet 1: Same Game Multi - Japan and Draw + Under 3.5 goals + Over 1.5 Cards + Over 5 Corners @2.20
Bet 2: Same Game Multi - Japan and Draw + Over 6 Corners + Under 4 Goals @1.95
Bet 3: Over 8.5 Corners @1.83

Expect very cagey affairs in the European WCQ this evening. Any home side would gladly accept the 1-0.

Under 2.5 match goals at
Portugal + Wales @ 21/10

Melbourne Victory vs WS Wanderers

The Victory have played out three consecutive 1-1 draws and will be keen to get the full three points back against the Wanderers.

This is as a must-win game for Melbourne Victory who currently sit fifth on the table and want to remain in the finals race, and a much improved Wanderers outfit will give them a run for their money.

The Wanderers have struggled to find any scoring rhythm this season with just 18 goals in 17 matches and 4 goals in their last 5. It is hard to see them finding enough spark to defeat a Victory team that still has a title within reach.

They did however practice for action in the opposition half, and they still have a chance to catch the play-offs, so I'll take some corners here.
The ref is S. Evans, who isn't too shy about showing cards.

Bet 1: Victory -0.5 @1.96
Bet 2: Over 4.5 cards @2.40
Bet 3: Over 11 Asian Corners @1.88
