Gold Coast Titans vs NQ Cowboys

The Cowboys are 3rd on the ladder while the Titans are 3rd from bottom.
The Cowboys miss 4 players who are with the Qld State of Origin team and this is a good opportunity for the Titans to try to finally start climbing up the ladder towards the play-off spots.

It's a case of "if not now, then when?".
If they are serious about it, they should at least be able to stay within a converted try.

Bet: +6.5 @1.80

It's always tough during an Origin-affected weekend. However, Big Tino is so key to them in making meters when they are under pump and in defence...it's a big hole in the forwards. I reckon there will still be lots of points in this one.

I'm on:
Cowboys over 22,5 points @1.9
Hammer to score 2 or more @6.50

Penrith Panthers vs Canterbury Bulldogs

The Panthers lost many players to the Origin, but at the beginning of the season they were not at full strength either, and they were winning by big margins.
Sean O'Sullivan performed admirably in the first three rounds of the season while Nathan Cleary recovered from shoulder surgery.

Api Koroisau was named among the Blues reserves, but will be released to play for Penrith.

The Bulldogs have only two wins so far, they are rock bottom, and they play so poorly that even Josh Addo-Carr missed out on selection for the State of Origin.

I can't trust this Bulldogs team to cover the handicap, even with Addo-Carr in. Let's say he'll score a few tries, but the Panthers should still chase the Bulldogs off the park.

Bet 1: Panthers -9.5 @1.80
Bet 2: Panthers over 24.5 points @1.99
