World Cup gets underway in the football mad hotbed of ermmmmm ... Qatar on the 20th November. We will have daily match previews and will see if I can come up with something in the outright markets.

Taking 3 bets for the Golden Boot. First one is Kane at 8.00, I think he is the deserved favourite. England like punishing the small sides, and England have been handed a fairly favourable group, so if Kane can score 3/4 goals in the group stages I reckon he's in with a good chance.
I then like Richarlison and Lautaro Martinez both at 26.00. Both players should start upfront for their respective nations and I expect both teams to get to the semi-final of the competition, so they will have plenty of opportunities to score goals as the main striker in their side.

I will add some outrights when I've had a look at all the groups, first thought here though is this could be a low scoring group. Qatar an unknown to me but wouldn't be surprised if they don't have many goals in them. Senegal were low scorers in AFCON even though they won it and Ecuador are at desert level rather than altittude where their best form is, apparantly their coach is a cautious guy as well so that just leaves the Dutch

Again, will come back to this but as long as England don't fluff their lines the other 3 look closely matched, Carlos Quroz back in charge at Iran, they did really well 4 years ago, Wales will be fired up more than most nations, not sure what to make of USA

Very uninterested in this World Cup , I'm hoping to watch a few games however and have backed Argentina to win at 6/1 .
Today's opener is not beyond the myth or theory that Qatar have paid off Ecuador , I hope not but I think as most things these days the corporates and globalists have their paws in everything .

Not really done a lot of research ( doesn't usually help anyway, but a few so far:
Finalists: Brazil v England / Brazil v France both @ 14/1 - chucking free bets and a little bit of cash at this. Think Brazil have an ok path to the semis, England could play France in the quarters. Will see what the options are if it's still alive by then.
Belgium to be eliminated in the last 16 @ 15/8 ( Bet Victor ) - If all goes to plan, Belgium should play either Germany or Spain. Like the look of that at the price.

Really like Belgium and over 1.5 goals vs Canada 1.75
Canada are far better at attacking than they are at defending. I feel they will struggle at their first world cup since 1986 against a Belgian side filled with attacking threats.

Fancy England to get the business done against the US tonight and secure their spot in the round of 16. USA were lucky against Wales in the second half and could easily have conceded more than the one goal they did. I fancy the pace and trickery of the England forwards to cause the US backline plenty of problems.
