URC Week 13, Gallagher Prem Week 16 + other rugby Jan 27-29

Another weekend of treading water and eventually finishing down for me

The Best Bet of Stormers -15.5 failed to arrive and I was up and down on the other games with overs in the Sharks game my biggest win - I am battling for form at the moment

Back to URC and Gallagher Prem this weekend - I am not going to handicap tonight but hope to look it it tomorrow as I suspect 6 Nations call ups will now have a big impact

Bristol +14 way off the mark. All over that

Taking a stab at this before teams, can see the line moving:

Plus Saracens played on Sunday. Bristol played on Friday, more rest for Briz.

Bristol will be without: Genge and Sinkler.
Saracens will be without: George, Riccioni (injured?), Itoje, Earl, Mako, Malins, Daly, Isikwe, Farrell

That and Irish dnb looks nice. Harlequins without Smith, ¿Allan?, Marchant, Murley and Dombrandt, while Irish no White and OHC.

Irish will have White as its outside the international Window :)

I also like Irish to nab a win but I know quins still have some great players involved

Someone knows if Ireland will release players this week?

Stormers sent a depleted team to Belfast so Ulster -8.5 may look valuable.

One for next week's thread perhaps, but have taken Scotland +11.5 vs England @ 1.91

Covered with ease last 5 games between these 2, of which the Jocks won 3 of them.
Numerous injuries in England camp (particularly at hooker).
Edinburgh & Glasgow both in decent form, bringing some momentum in.

Scotland travel to Spain on Sunday the 29th so not sure about this as I don't know if all the squad will travel.

For sure starters travel but ¿White?

I've pulled the trigger on:

Bulls - 4.5 vs Scarlets;
Stormers +10.5 vs Ulster;
Sharks +3.5 vs Edinburgh.

All small/medium punts at Sunbet.
I don't like punting on our guys overseas, but the opposition are all losing players to 6N callups.
Our teams are also not at full strength, eg Etsebeth & Kolisi being rested, so...:dry:

Nice and easy on Montpellier +9.5 ha @1.80 2u

Chalureau, Becognee and Cámara back for Montpellier while Toulouse will miss heavily.

Also in the Sharks +3.5 ha @1.90 2u and add Dragons +6.5 ha @1.90 2u to the cart.

Have gone balls deep on Leicester , they're still a little wobbly at times but this Saints side looks poor and their away form is not great , minus 9.5 at 8/10 , I've filled my boots

Sharks to save you lads. Am on the 1.45/1 from earlier week, tempted by points but will keep focus on the outright.

Thank goodness the Sharks held on - South who won MOM? I didn't watch closely but Fassi seemed to have a good game

Can't believe what I did. :oops:

When the caps came out, my first URC pick was Leinster -17.5 as my banker.
It was my weekend standalone gimme, on which I'd normally put a full 10 units.

Long story short, I didn't place the bet other than in a few accas, sweated my way through the game unknowingly, which on 80 minutes they led by 17, with the winning try coming in 83rd minute...:woohoo: Dumb, dumb, dumbo :woohoo:

Anyway, I did get to bed with a smile on my face - which isn't to be sniffed at I guess. :P :lol:

Ospreys -5. The Zebras are missing 8, mostly in the pack. OK a much changed O's side too but surely more strength in depth so should win the forward battle.
