early value play for me in the Gauteng Guineas:

STORM BRASCO @ 20/1 ew.

Looks like a late-bloomer and really talented sort, should have won last time out against a decent one but came too late and hung out. Fourie taking the ride a big positive for me, and i believe yard were confident of a big run in the Gold Rush before SB couldn't travel. So probably not his main target, but will take my chances. 25/1 winner of this race last year so is one for upsets.

Thanks South, will follow you with that one, was struggling in this race, as think could be a field race in exotics for me.

Race 6 - Egyptian Mau @ 10/1
I have followed this one for awhile, and think we can ignore last. Beaten most of the other contenders with exception of fav. Seems to like Standside track, so lets hold thumbs.
My complete outsider is Mary's Greenlight. Has a lot to find but seems to enjoy the 1600m.

Race 8 - Humdinger @ 17/1
Think 1400m prefered distance, decent weight and for once got a resonable draw.

Both will probably drift before the off with short priced fav's getting more money.
