The line movement following Pochettino expressing his doubt about Palmer's availability says all that needs to be said.
The odds on Arsenal opened at around 1.70 and now is down to 1.40. Chelsea will simply struggle to create chances without him, and their backline is also patched together with duct tape at the moment. The Gunners have an opportunity, at home against a weakened opponent in a derby, to put some pressure on Manchester City in the title race, and it's unlikely they will pass it up.
Bet: Arsenal -1.25 @1.98

Arsenal vs Chelsea
Thanks Quill and I agree with you and your bet. Chelsea are a one man team and with no Cole Palmer I don't see how they score tonight.
Also like the Arsenal shots, but not interested in backing a 17.5 line so trying to be clever here and taking Declan Rice shots instead.
Arsenal win to nil - 16/10
Declan Rice over 1.5 shots - 11/10

Back in England for my Sons first birthday, already shown various family members their babysitting duties from 2pm onwards. I actually think Spurs will do ok here. They might not win, but think Arsenal's style is a good match for them. Romero bound to go nuts at some point as well.
Spurs 13 or more shots @ 10/11 ( main bet )
Romero 2 or more fouls @ 7/4
A red card @ 11/4
Romero red card @ 22/1
