Leeds v Aston Villa
Depending on how Saturday’s results involving Burnley (home to Chelsea) and West Ham (away to Bournemouth) go Leeds could be kicking off in the bottom 3. They went into the international break with 11 points, clear of those two rivals and they have lost 4 of their last 5 EPL outings. The sole recent win came at home to West Ham, they also beat Everton here on the opening weekend and drew with Newcastle Bournemouth whilst Spurs are the only side to have won here in the league this season.
By contrast Vllla have won 5 of their last 6 in the EPL and with 18 points they finished the previous round in sixth place. Their only recent defeat came at Anfield in their most recent road trip whilst their only 3 point haul away from home came at Spurs but their poor form from earlier in the season seems like a long time ago right now.
I thought Leeds were really poor away at Forest last time out, they have been competitive at Elland Road but Villa will have too much for them in my book.

Arsenal v Spurs
Arsenal’s winning streak and run of clean sheets came to an end when they were pegged back late on in a 2-2 draw at Sunderland last time out. They still went into the international break with 4 points worth of daylight over Manchester City who visit Newcastle a day before this match takes place and they have only dropped points in 3 league games this season, a 1-0 defeat at Liverpool and 1-1 draw at home to Man City in addition to that draw at Sunderland.
Spurs have 18 points, 8 fewer than Arsenal and 13 of those have been earned away from home. They have won at Man City, West Ham, Leeds and Everton in addition to a draw at Brighton and that represents the best away record in the top flight.
The Gunners are unbeaten (5 wins, 1 draw) in the last 6 EPL head to heads with Spurs.
Arsenal's injury problems may well have worsened this week, watch the team news in that regard but they are not in the habit of losing football matches. Still I'm with Spurs and an impressive away record to contribute to the scoring.
