The latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend of 13th to 15th November
If all bets arrived as easily as last weeks Under 54.5 in the Sharks v Cheetahs game I would be a very rich man although probably wouldn’t get the same thrill out of sports betting as the result was never in doubt. Seriously though we take those when we can and it was nice to have a stress free win.
I was away last weekend and decided to try and perk my kids interest in the rugby by offering them shares in my bets on the Saturday. What was interesting was how different my daughter and son handled it and you can read more on this weeks blog titled, “Like Father Like Daughter”. My favourite part of the weekend was when my daughter calmly said the words “reinvest dad”.
SHARKS TO PUNISH WOUNDED GRIQUAS
Last night’s THE HANDICAP Rugby Betting Show was a monster going well over an hour as there was just so much rugby to discuss. We had a first time guest @CLRugby and he was joined by @theCRowetips and @OraclePedia.
There was alignment on some games and not others and if you missed the live show you can click here to watch.
One bet all of us liked was the Sharks against the Griquas in Kimberley, there was some concern about the high handicap, but when Peter Paul one of the viewers commented in the live chat that the point line for the Sharks was 36.5 we all agreed it was a cracker. That line has now moved to 38.5 (I caught 37.5 at the time of writing the preview) but even so I still make it a cracking bet given that the Sharks last 3 matches away in Kimberley has seen them score 40 points or more.
The Sharks are no doubt going to push for a bonus point and I don’t see them having any problems in getting it and as much as I like the points bet I prefer the Sharks to score more than 5.5 tries and that is where this week’s best bet is going.
BEST BET: 6 Units Sharks over 5,5 tries at 12/10* at WSB
