Last week was our first non-profitable one in some time with the Reds half-time handicap (+2.5) losing agonizingly in the final minute of the half. Overall though the weekend was decided on two bets for me, both of which arrived by the narrowest of margins and you can read this week’s blog for the Citizen here.
Brumbies Pack to Dominate
We enjoyed a very entertaining show last night on the THE HANDICAP “Rugby Chat that Matters” where I was joined by Oracle Rugby and Hanrick Swart. Oracle had been out to a pub with a new mate of his from the Barmy Army and he was certainly in good spirits.
All 7 of the Super Rugby games were discussed, but the one that all 3 of us agreed on was that the Brumbies could put the Highlanders away. We all expected the Brumbies to dominate up front and ultimately lay the platform for a comfortable win.
