The latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend 1st to 3rd October
Coming off a great weekend I was confident on the Bulls beating the handicap against Leinster last weekend and having taken (+24.5) was delighted when the money came and the Bulls started (+17.5) against the Irish giants. It didn’t take me long to realise that I was in trouble though as Leinster ran in some early tries and although the Bulls fought hard they failed to breach the Leinster defence and lost 31-3 consigning our Best Bet to the scrap heap and the less said about my 40/1 ACCA the better.
Overall I somehow managed to scrape a profit on the weekend, although that was due to a Ryder Cup tilt bet rather than any rugby success.
Thursday night’s THE HANDICAP betting show was another bumper edition with so many games to talk about. I was joined on air by The Conductor and @theCRowetips, both of whom had some confident selections.

AUSSIE TO PILE MISERY ONTO PUMAS
Onto this week’s best bet and I fancy the Aussies to put a tired Argentina side away. I went for over 32.5 points in the preview but with that line moving out I prefer the Aus over 4.5 tries as I expect the Wallabies to go for the corner from the start. Conditions should be good with an afternoon kick off and I will be having an early morning beer in a pub near Brits as am away for the weekend.
BET: 6 units Australia over 4.5 tries at 10/11 at Sportingbet
I also like New Zealand to bounce back strong this weekend and will post any points bets in the Forum Thread
