The latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend 23rd to 25th July and a 11/1 acca at World Sports Betting
Argentina did the job for us against Wales last week and now it is time to focus on a massive sporting weekend with the Springboks v British & Irish Lions 1st Test, Currie Cup Rugby and the start of the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
ESKOM CAN’T STOP US
Load shedding threatened to play havoc with last night’s edition of THE HANDICAP “Rugby Chat that Matters” betting show but although we lost 1 guest and I had to switch from generator to electricity halfway through the show it went off well and I was joined by @OraclePedia and @theCRowetips.
There were plenty of differences of opinion particularly in the 1st Test between the springboks and the Lions.

MONEY FOR THE BOKS (not mine though)
There has been plenty of money for the Boks this week and they are now favourites with some bookmakers. I still like the Lions to win the first test but my opening bet is an unders play in the tries market

Additional bets will be posted in the rugby betting thread
BULLS TO BUTCHER LIONS
This week’s best bet comes in the Currie Cup. The Bulls have named a strong team and they host a Lions side well beaten by Griquas in midweek. The money has come since we labelled it at -12.5 on last nights show and I will take the -13.5 still on offer
