Last week was an absolute bloodbath. I fell behind after a decent start and then went on tilt. I was tired and frankly felt like I needed a betting break and I decided on a monster bet to either get me out of it or send me into partial retirement.
The choice was France -5.5 (line had come in) or France over 27.5 points. Thise who know me would have expected the points play but when you are battling for form bad decisions are made and I went for the handicap.
SCALING BACK
I have scaled back this week both on number of bets but also stake size and as typically happens the winners have flowed in and I even hit the draw in the Drua v Waratahs game although not in the manner I expected.
