This week has a fairly quiet feel to it with the 4th Cricket Test Match between South Africa and England starting today, and for those willing to get up in the early hours of the morning there is also the Hamilton 7’s.
A 7’S PANEL OF NOTE
We would have been hard pressed to get a more knowledgeable panel to talk 7’s betting than we had on last night’s THE HANDICAP “Rugby chat that matters” where I was joined by Rugga Bugga and Son of a Punt. One thing the lads all agreed on was that the bookmakers had done their homework and there was no obvious value in Round 1.
We have thrown together a Hamilton 7’s accumulator down below but our (ok my) best bet this week is going to be the Kings to beat the handicap against the Cheetahs. They are not a team that can be backed with confidence, but do have a decent record against the Cheetahs at home and we were not impressed by the Cheetahs in recent times. The stake, as you will note, is small by Best Bet standards.
