Featherweight Title Fight:
Ilia Topuria is a fighter from Georgia who possesses talent in the field of clean striking and dangerous grappling. He has been in the UFC since 2020 and since his debut he has been undefeated, winning 7 fights, with 5 of these fights ending in some sort of stoppage.
His form seems to get better as time goes on and it was 8 months back in February, where he fought most recently in a title shot against Alexander Volkanovski and he put up a dominant display of striking to win the fight in round 2 by TKO and claim the division belt.
Max Holloway is an American born mixed martial artist whose experience within the institute dates back over 12 years. He has had an extremely successful career so far and he has fought 29 times, winning 22 bouts and losing just 7.
He has been on good form in the last few years, winning 5 of his 6 most recent fights, with his only loss in a title fight to Volkanovski in 2022. His latest encounter was a thriller against Justin Gaethje in April this year, where Holloway called Gaethje to the centre of the Octagon in the last 10 seconds of the fight to throw down and struck him with an overhand in the last second, knocking him out and winning the fight.

I believe that Holloway will use his experience to weather the early attacks from Topuria and it will become his fight in the latter rounds, where he will beat Topuria by round 4 TKO.

ROBERT WHITTAKER vs KHAMZAT CHIMAEV
Middleweight Co-Main Event:
Robert Whittaker, fighting out of Australia is another fighter with ample UFC experience behind him. He has fought for nearly 12 years professionally and made a solid name for himself through winning 17 of his 22 fights.
He has been on decent form lately, winning 3 of his 4 most recent bouts with his loss being to current Middleweight Champion, Dricus Du Plessis. Whittaker’s latest clash was a few months back in June where he took on Ikram Aliskerov and cruised to a round 1 TKO victory.
Khamzat Chimaev is a well-known grappler and striker from the UAE, his career within the organisation spans a duration of just over 4 years and he has had a perfect run so far, winning all 7 of his bouts, with 5 of them ending via stoppage before the fight had gone the distance.
He has been climbing up the division since his debut and he has looked good in all of his fights, with his last fight being just over a year ago when he took on Kamaru Usman and won by decision at UFC 294.

PREDICTION:
I believe that the only way Chimaev wins this fight is by dragging Whittaker to the canvas, I think that the fight will remain a stand-up fight however and Whittaker will take a round 3 TKO victory.
LERONE MURPHY vs DAN IGE
Featherweight Fight:
Lerone Murphy is an English fighter who is known for his clean and effective striking, he has fought 7 times in the UFC, winning 6 of them with 1 draw in his debut fight. His most recent fight took place in May against Edson Barboza where Lerone picked up a decision victory.
Dan Ige, fighting out of America is a fighter with a good amount of professional experience, he possesses talent in the field of striking and he is also known for his insane stamina. He has won 3 of his last 5 fights, with his most recent in June ending in a decision loss to Diego Lopes
