Manchester United fans will be hoping for a fast start and they are 10/1 to break their title drought.

Top Goal Scorer

In his first EPL season Erling Haaland managed to score a record breaking 36 goals, beating Harry Kane who scored 30 goals in the 22/33 season. Haaland is priced at 63/100 to retain his title of top goal scorer followed by Harry Kane at 7/1. Despite finishing 5th in Goals scored last season, Newcastle’s Callum Wilson is currently at 12th in the betting at 3/1.

Long Term Plays

Liverpool to win (without Manchester City) at 11/4

Following a disappointing season, Liverpool will be more eager than ever to challenge for the title. This is made easier as they don’t have the pressure of playing in the Champions League this season due to missing the Top 4 last season and while not convinced they can beat City to the title I am going to back them to be best of the rest.

Bournemouth to be relegated at 5/2

In their warmup matches leading up to the start of the Premier League, Bournemouth only managed to win 1 in their four friendlies. Given the high level of competition that the EPL possesses, a slow start could see Bournemouth thrown into the relegation battle.

Newcastle under 68 points at 10/11

Despite their strong 4th place finish last season, this was the first time they finished in top 4 in twenty years. This season, the pressure of the Champions League could take a toll on the team, resulting in injuries and testing depth, making it very difficult for them to earn another top four position and I am betting on them to score under 68 points.
