Winning Form selections for all races from Fairview on Friday 22nd November where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter @Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge
RACE 1
SERENDIPITOUS cost herself winning last time as she shifted away from the crop in the closing stages. Her penultimate run is best ignored as the stirrup leather broke at the 300m mark. She finished second in her only attempt over this C&D. If Chad Little is able to keep her on a straight line, she should be hard to peg back.
FANTASY GIRL finished 1.75 lengths behind the top choice last time. She is 1kg worse off at the weights today and may have to settle for the same result.
NEWTON HEATH has finished fourth in his last four starts. He should have finished closer to the winner last time as he clipped heels at the 800m mark. With a bit of luck in running, he should be the first male past the post.
RACE 2
MR BELVEDERE is having his first run for the Juan Nel stable. The son of Ideal World has been costly to follow in the Western Cape. He jumps from a handy draw of five and if suited to the polytrack, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.
AMERICAN PITBULL showed very good improvement when second over 1200m on this course last time. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. If confirming his recent improvement, he should be involved at the finish.
AXIS POWER ran a fair race on debut over 1200m on the turf. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. He found betting support that day which suggests that he was showing good work at home. With the natural improvement that is expected, he should have a say in the outcome of this contest.
RACE 3
JOY AND PEACE stayed on when fourth in the Listed Betway Algoa Cup last time. She has won three times, finished second once and third twice from seven starts on this course. She is likely to be settled near the rear of the field and will be mowing down the frontrunners.
RED SASH has very good consistent form lines to her credit. She has won twice, finished second twice and third once from six starts on this course. Chase Maujean is likely to take advantage of the good draw of three and she may be hard to peg back.
SPRING IN HEAVEN was doing her best work late when fourth over 1800m on the Turffontein Inside course last time. She returns from a 22-week break and is having her first run for Alan Greeff. If settled into her new surroundings, she should give a good account of herself.
RACE 4
GOLD GUNNER ran on from last when winning his last start over this distance on the turf. He received a six-pound penalty for that victory. The son of Lancaster Bomber won his only attempt over this C&D. He jumps from pole position and if not too far out of his ground turning for home, he can follow up with another victory.
FOUR JACKS was touched off in his last two starts. It must be noted that the form of his last outing has been franked. He is having his peak run today and should be cherry-ripe. If suited to the polytrack, he should throw out a big challenge to the top choice.
SINGLE FILE finished 2 lengths behind the second choice last time. He is 1.5kgs worse off at the weights today and may battle to turn the form around.
Race 5
BRETTY ran a good race when third over this C&D last time. She set the pace that day and stayed on at the finish. It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth has come out and won since. The daughter of Horizon has dropped to a competitive rating and with Marco van Rensburg in the saddle, she can return to winning ways.
BOSNAY finished 2.25 lengths behind JAMBO SANA last time. She is 3kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.
JAMBO SANA is a winner of her last two starts, the latest of which was over this C&D. She received a six-pound penalty for her last victory. She is in a good space and can bring up the hat-trick.
Race 6
MONTELENA has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. She raced from a handy position over 1300m last time, moved up well before getting caught late by Eyjafjallajokull who has come out and won again since. She jumps from a good draw of two and may be rewarded for consistency.
ARTICUNO‘S last two starts in the Eastern Cape have been good. She won a game race in her penultimate outing over 1000m on this course. She does have work to do at the weights, but is in a good space and is one of the leading contenders.
DONNY TEE has good recent form lines to his credit. The son of Duke Of Marmalade should be ideally suited to this distance. He is likely to race on the speed and may be hard to peg back.
RACE 7
THREE ROCKS stayed on when fourth over 1200m on the turf last time. She has won twice and finished second once from as many starts over this C&D. The daughter of Heavenly Blue is the class horse in this contest and despite her big mass of 61.5kgs, she should notch up her eighth-career victory.
ANUSCHKA‘S WORLD has good recent form lines to his credit. He raced from a handy position over 1200m last time, but found one too good in the form of Fairy Knight. He carries a handy galloping mass of 52kgs and may be the one to fill the exacta spot.
EVIES FIRST finished 3.35 lengths behind the second selection last time. He is 0.5kgs better off at the weights today which is not enough for the tables to be turned.
RACE 8
RAVILIOUS has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. He stayed on at the finish over 1000m on the turf last time. The son of Global View has taken a drop in the ratings. If putting his best foot forward, he can return to winning ways.
NOTORIX showed good speed and stayed on to finish second over 1100m on this course last time. He takes a drop in class and with a bit of luck from the wide draw, he should throw out a big challenge to the top choice.
SWISS WALT showed good signs of a form return when third over this C&D last time. Xolani Ndlovu is likely to give him a patient ride from the wide draw and the combination will be running on
