With luck in running, he should be the one to beat.
SPELLING BEE moved up well over 1700m last time and fought hard all the way to the line. He has won twice and finished second once from as many starts on this course. The son of Futura is having his peak run today and he should pose a massive threat.
FRENCH FLAME stayed on when fourth over 1500m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. It must be noted that Officer In Command has come out and won again since. He is the best-weighted runner and merits healthy respect.
Race 5
NATYAM ran on from last when third over this C&D last time. He finished 0.5 lengths behind KYOMAI that day and there should not be much separating the pair in the run down to the line. He has cracked a good draw of three and in this small field, he should notch up his fifth-career victory.

PRINCESS PALACE found betting support when winning her maiden over this C&D. The daughter of Potala Palace takes on stronger but she does have plenty of scope. It is encouraging that Muzi Yeni retains the ride and she can follow up with another victory.
AVERNIAN GODDESS followed up her maiden victory with a good third-place finish over this distance on the polytrack. She takes a slight drop in class and from pole position, is one of the leading contenders.
SHE’S A BOMBER won a good race on debut over 1200m on the Vaal Classic course. She returns from a 13-week break and is having her first run for the Alyson Wright stable. The daughter of Lancaster Bomber could be anything and the betting market will be the best guide with regards to her chances.
Race 7
TWENTY ONE MAY was not disgraced in his comeback run over 1000m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. He may have needed that outing as he lacked extra in the latter stages. The son of Erupt won his only attempt on this course. He will strip a much fitter horse and from his good draw of two, he should be hard to peg back.
BOOM SHAKALAKA was an easy winner when shedding his maiden tag over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. He does take on stronger, but carries a handy galloping mass of 54kgs and should be up to the task at hand.
