Despite having a wide draw to overcome, the 4yr old gelding looks to be the one that they all have to beat, with Luke Ferraris retaining the ride.

MAGIC MILA has drawn pole position and goes for her hat-trick today. She followed up her easy maiden win over a mile at the fourth time of asking, with a courageous win over this c&d next time out. If showing the same determination this afternoon, the trio of wins is very much on the cards.

Jockey: W Kennedy - Trainer: P Peter
Just like a few of the runners in this race, OCEAN CITY shows plenty of speed in her races. She did that again last time over this distance before just being run out of it in the shadow of the post. Her record of two wins and a third-place finish over the c&d speaks for itself. She can be expected to put in another honest performance here with Warren Kennedy retaining the mount.

PROMISE has her second run after a rest and put her disappointing penultimate effort firmly behind her by winning her comeback outing over seven furlongs. Barring that one run, she has been a model of consistency and should once again be right up there in the firing line.

CIRCLE OF LATITUDE has her peak run here and renews her rivalry with DESTINYS GAME this afternoon. She finished 0.75L behind the latter in their last outing over a mile, but is 1.5kgs better off at today's weights, which could allow her to turn the tables on her rival. Of course that race was over a furlong shorter and the latter did win her one and only start over this c&d. There should not be too much separating the pair when they reach the wire.
