Supersport were beaten 2-0 by Pirates in Orlando on Tuesday, a third defeat in their first 5 Betway Premiership outings. In other results they lost 1-0 away to Cape Town City and they started with a 2-0 defeat in the derby with Sundowns.
Kaizer Chiefs
Chiefs have played just the 3 league games so far. They began a new era under coach Nabi with a 2-1 win away to Marumo Gallants and in their second outing they came firing out of the blocks in their 3-1 win away to Amazulu. Their biggest test so far came against Sundowns back on 28th September, they lost the game 2-1 but in controversial circumstances with what would have been an equalizer chalked off by the officials.
Chiefs are currently trading at 10/1 to win the league title this season with Betway who make Sundowns favourites at 4/10 and Pirates can be backed at 3/1. Note Pirates are in action on Friday at home to Amazulu so the outright betting may well change.
