PSG 14/10 Draw 11/4 Manchester City 1.65/1

PSG have won 2, drawn 1 and lost 3 of their UCL matches and finished the previous round way down in 25th position in the standings, just outside the play off places and they have this game and a visit to Stuggart in which to avoid an embarrassing exit. They started with a 1-0 home win over Girona but then took 1 point from their next 3 matches, a 1-1 draw at home to PSV alongside defeats at Arsenal (2-0) and at Bayern (1-0) and at home to Atletico (2-1). A 3-0 win at Salzburg on Matchday 6 repaired some of the damage.

City are only marginally better off and after this they finish up at home to Club Brugge. Their well documented mid season slump in form included defeats at Sporting (4-1) and most recently Juve (2-0) either side of a 3-3 draw at home to Feyenoord where they let a 3-0 lead slip. City had started with a 0-0 draw at home to Inter and comfortable wins in Bratislava (4-0) and at home to Prague (5-0). Much has happened since then but they have regained their goalscoring form in the EPL in recent weeks.

The Verdict

With both sides needing a win it should be a decent watch and Isee goals, Phil Foden is bang in form and finding the net on a regular basis so his price boost to score anytime does appeal.

Bets: Anytime goalscorer Phil Foden, was 29/10 now 31/10 with Sportingbet

Feyenoord 11/2 Draw 4/1 Bayern Munich 9/20

Feyenoord have won 3, drawn 1 and lost 2 of their matches so far and they finished Round 6 in 18th position in a very congested mid table. They recovered from a 4-0 home defeat to Leverkusen first up with win away to Gerona (3-2) and Benfica (3-1). A 3-1 home defeat to Salzburg could prove expensive but they came from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 away to Man City and last time out they were 4-2 winners at home to Sparta.

Bayern usually cruise into the knockout rounds but they still have work to do this time around. A 9-2 home win over Zagreb in the opening round was followed by defeats away to Villa (1-0) and Barca (4-1). Since then they have reeled off 3 straight wins at home to Benfica and PSG (both 1-0) and away to Shakhtar (5-1). That put them in tenth position, just outside the automatic qualification spots with this game and a home fixture against Bratislava to come.

The Verdict

Feyenoord finish up away to Lille after this and they are going well so they have a tough run in. They may well have caught Man City at the right time and their games are high scoring with over 3.5 goals arriving in all 6 matches so far. Bayern haven't always been at their best in the UCL but they are 4 points clear of Leverkusen at the top of the Bundesliga having lost just 1 league game all season and I'm with an away win but with both sides scoring

Bets: Bayern to win and both teams to score? Yes at 1,45/1 with Sportingbet
