The latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend of 6th to 8th March
I have often compared betting to being a test batsman, when you are out of form it doesn’t matter what you do, you just can’t catch a break.
Thankfully I haven't done too badly in the Super Rugby, but in picking best bets for this newsletter we have hit a wobbly patch and last week the Reds let us down in Brisbane with the Sharks running out comfortable winners. In fact the Sharks have impressed me so much I think they could be big runners for the South African Conference at the current price of 28/10. Click Here to read my Citizen Blog.
THE HANDICAP “Rugby Chat That Matters”
I was joined by the Conductor and Oracle Rugby on last night’s show and I must say it was a very enjoyable one. There were a number of games where the panel was aligned including the Chiefs minus. Both of them also liked the Sharks although the Conductor was leaning towards 6/10 the Sharks win rather than the (-4.5).
Aside from the 7 Super Rugby games we also discussed the 2 Six Nations matches and if you missed the show me then Click Here to watch it on YouTube or Click Here to catch it as a podcast.
Picking a best bet was not easy, but in the end I have had Oracle’s confidence in the Sharks sway me and we will go for the Sharks (-4.5) at home to the Jaguares.
