BettingDiarySports and Horse Racing punters are in for another bumper weekend and we take a closer look at the Summer Cup, English Premier League and Local Boxing in our Weekend Sports Diary.

FOOTBALL

There is a full house of English Premier League fixtures this weekend and while no massive matches stand out it will be interesting to see if Tottenham can keep their momentum going at home to Bournemouth where they are 4/10 favourites.

Our value play for the weekend comes in the very last match where we think the draw in the Man United v Aston Villa match is a decent runner at 34/10.

There are also 6 PSL matches taking place this weekend and we fancy a bit of even money Cape Town City at home to Highlands Park and Click Here to bet on the match and Click Here for betting on all PSL fixtures.

There is also plenty of European football and you can Click Here for Serie A Betting and Click Here for La Liga Betting

CRICKET

The Mzansi Super League continues and on Saturday we have betting up for Durban Heat v Nelson Mandela Bay Giants with the Heat 21/20 and the Giants priced at 8/10. There will be plenty of Exotic Markets available on the match.

There is also plenty of test cricket going on around the World and there will be in-running betting as well as markets available after each day’s play.

Keep an eye on the Quick Links Menu on the left hand side of the Home Page.

RUGBY

The Kings and the Cheetahs are in Pro 14 action in Europe and the Kings look to have an uphill task away at Connacht who are (-23.5) points.

The Cheetahs have had a disappointing tour, but there has been money for them this week and the handicap has shifted from (-4.5) to (-7.5) mainly due to all the problems being experienced by the Ospreys at the moment.

MOTORSPORT

The Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix takes place on Sunday and Lewis Hamilton is the 15/10 favourite ahead of Charles Leclerc 5/2 and Max Verstappen at 7/2.

There are a host of markets on offer including which rider will get the fastest lap, who will get pole position and how many cars will finish the race.

BOXING

There is big boxing this weekend at Emperors Palace and all 5 bouts have been priced up as very competitive matches. If we have to pick our best bet it would be Boyd Allen to beat the young Tristan Truter.

GOLF

The European Tour and Sunshine Tour Events continue and there will be in-running betting during the third and fourth rounds.

HORSE RACING

There is racing at both Kenilworth and Turffontein on Saturday with the Kenilworth card an 8 race meeting starting at 13:10 and ending at 17:30.

Our focus though is heavily on Turffontein where we have the running of the Summer Cup and the WSB IPI Tombe stakes, Races 7 and 8 on the card respectively.

The action gets going at 12:15 on Saturday with the 12th and final race at 19:40.

We think the favourite Soqrat in the Summer Cup currently priced at 3/1 will be tough to beat, but in the IPI Tombe we still hold a candle for In The Dance under Striker Strydom at 5/1.
