As we continue our build up to Rugby World Cup Final 2019 there is plenty of soccer for punters to get stuck into on Tuesday and we take a closer look in our Betting Diary.
SOCCER
There is a live PSL match on Tuesday night and it features Highlands currently sitting 4th on the log up against Orlando Pirates currently in 10th position after a run of 3 games in which they have only taken point. Highlands on the other hand have been in excellent form with 4 wins out of their last 5 games and looking at the head-to-head form these sides drew both matches last season, 2-2 at Highlands and 1-1 at Pirates and in fact they have drawn their last 4 League matches against each other.
Highlands are 51/20, the draw is 41/20 and Pirates are favourites at 5/4 and we can’t look past the stalemate here at a shade over 2/1.

There is also La Liga action on Tuesday night with Alaves at home to Atletico Madrid and Barcelona at home to Valladolid.
Alaves are currently sitting 14th on the table, Atletico Madrid are 4th with just 1 defeat in their opening 10 games. Looking at the betting the home side is 9/2, Atletico Madrid 15/20 and you can get 47/20 the draw with a host of Exotic Markets on offer.

The other match is even more one-sided with Barcelona who currently sit 2nd, 1/7 favourites against 8th placed Valladolid who are 18/1 for a shock away victory and you can get 15/2 about the draw.

There is also live Serie A action with Parma hosting Verona, Parma have got off to a slow start to the season currently sit 8th on the table, but have only lost once in their last 5 games. They face a Verona side that is currently sitting in 15th position having come off back-to-back defeats and with only 2 wins in 9 starts this season.
Parma are firm favourites here at 12/10 and we rate them as a good bet to see off Verona who are 5/2 with the draw a 22/10 shot.

HORSE RACING
Local Horse racing takes place at the Kenilworth Racetrack in Cape Town with an 8 race card set to go off at 13:10 and the final race and last leg of the Pick Six due to go off at 17:25.
Punters will be looking to get off to a winning start with odds on favourite Academic Gold in the 1st race currently priced at 17/20, but the Pick Six looks tricky with no favourites priced at shorter than 2/1 at this stage and our value play for the day comes in the 7th race, a sprint over a 1000 metres where we like Horse No. 3, Traces trained by Brett Crawford and the mount of Anton Marcus currently priced at 6/1 a win and 12/10 a top 3 finish.

The handicap in the final appears to have stabilised at England (-4.5) and there are a host of markets on offer including total points and also an interesting one being the match and total points double, so if you fancy England and under 36.5 points you can get 21/10, but if you fancy South Africa and over 36.5 points you can get 4/1 and it is a great way of combining your fancy for the match with your feel for the total points line.
