Durban Super Giants  v  Joburg Super Kings

Caught the MI v SG live in Cape Town on Friday and noticed the Super Giants bowlers generally a little short. Worth a sniff on the sixes market then. Also Ahmad by far the most dangerous looking bowler from either side.

Expect cloud cover in PE today so a little swing. Sunrisers bowled out Royals for under 50 runs a few days ago. Probably slightly better batting conditions today but not enough to treble that score. Sunrisers packed with six hitters. Outscored Capitals by 48 runs but fours were close at 18-15. Royals bat first here and they should get most fours.

A lot of boundary clearing fire power in the Capitals side with Smeed, Hope, Brevis and Rutherford. Was not overly impressed with the MI's bowling. Taking Ngidi for smalls when MI's bat

I’d love to know what overall success would have been if you’d played every game so far sixes overs, not sure where can find that stat but surely most have landed?

Paarl Royals  v  Mumbai Indians Cape Town

The 4's line here is only made 1 in 3 times. MI are mostly 6 hitters. They have managed 11 and 12  4's in their two matches at Newlands - a much easier ground to score 4's.  Spinner do get some assistance in  Paarl so worth a dip on the Fortuin wicket.

thanks Vann. Another overs cruises in, I didn’t back it but line was 10.5, looked in trouble at innings break but ended on 14.

Joburg Super Kings  v  Sunrisers Eastern Cape

Will join you guys on the sixes line but only at this match.  Also on the sixes I make the SK's favorites. They have collected  23 in their 461 runs to date while SR have 19 in their 523 runs. Gleeson bowled a superb super over against SG and is second on the wickets list so he gets the nod. Hermann is the SR's top run scorer so accepting what looks like generous odds from the books.

1st leg of double voided so just the Pretoria game and taken some 10/11 over 14.5 sixes. 

Ashes 5th Test

Looks like a little rain late afternoon on day one but otherwise clear. Have taken stake cover at 13/20 on my original 3-2 outright. We now know who are the best batsmen and bowlers. Aussie team only being announced at coin toss so skipping bowler. Head will definitely play.

If the 6's line of 16.5 is going to land then MI need to come to the party as they have the bulk of the six hitters. I think Ottneil looks 10plus kgs lighter this year and it's showing in his bowling. Don't know who is responsible - possibly Shukri? Very pleased we will have the new Baartman at the World Cup.
