I don't think vd Zandschulp has the power to blow the french youngster away so I expect Gea to hang in there and make a nuisance of himself.

Not sure what to make of the 1/4 on Alcaraz. Feel Shelton has a better chance then that 3/1. Will be asleep when on so will skip

Tiafoe  v  Michelsen

My take is Tiafoe has not fully recovered from the op. Just does not look that solid on serve. Michelsen has been on the American hard courts since Wimbledon and he looks in good nick. He has yet to drop a set here.

Thought I made it last night when Michelsen served for the match in the third set. Have to admire the Tiafoe fight back. 

Khachanov  v  Blockx

Going with the underdog again tonight but expecting a longer match. This Blockx fellow certainly carries some fire power in his ground strokes so will always be a threat.

Tiafoe vs Shelton

They met three times on hard courts, two of which at US Open, and we had a tie-break every time.
Shelton has been playing very well here and I think he'll win this match.
