This past weekend started well with a Friday night profit but the Lions v Ospreys was a massive swing as I was heavy on the over 57.5
It was a poor Saturday for me and Round 2 went to the bookies.

We have the 3rd round of URC this weekend and the blog is up with a betting review of round 2

I will add my handicap projections shortly

There is also NPC quarters, Top 14 and Premiership

Update: Thanks Quill for pointing this one out, we also have New Zealand v Australia Bledisloe this weekend!

Have a good week everyone!

I’m usually purely a points player these days but will take this handicap double for an early weekend interest -

Lions +10
Sharks +7

double @ 2.64/1

Despite players expected pack for Bulls and maybe  Stormers, I always tend to take on teams having a lot of travel to factor in. I don’t know what route Bulls took but probably 2-3hr bus to Dublin, flight to somewhere else and then onto joburg. That’s tough.

Stormers not as bad and a day earlier but also not ideal.

Adding the win double to above purely on price which I think is way off.

Lions
Sharks

win double @ just under 15/1

UNITED RUGBY CHAMPIONSHIP OUTRIGHT

Could be wrong here but it looks like sides play every other side once and then get three sides whom they play twice. Lets say you draw Benetton, Zebre and the Dregs as your three doubles you should be absolutely friggen delighted.

WIN URC
Glasgow  @  5/1

Leinster looks like they drew Connaught, Munster and Ulster

SA Shield: Stormers, Lions, Sharks, Bulls
Irish Shield: Leinster, Munster, Ulster, Connacht
Wales: Scarlets, Cardiff, Dragons, Ospreys
Scot/Italy: Glasgow, Zebre, Edinburgh, Benetton

Thanks. Makes me think Glasgow have the easiest route of the other top sides to making at least a home semi.

Dregs are an improving side but I cant trust them just yet. That O's teams would be enough usually. So I cant decide. Conditions are good though and 47.5 seems a bit low. Overs it is! :-o

Well played Jameson that cruised home

The less said about Connacht the better

I see Betx go +13.5 Aus and am adding that to my win play
