All Football Tips w/c 6th October

All the major leagues are on a break for internationals including the latest round of World Cup Qualifiers. Bafana take on Zim later in the week in a must win game, will have a preview for that one nearer match day and will also look at some long term markets for the EPL and Betway Premiership.

Zim v Bafana (in Durban) World Cup Qualifier Friday. SA were almost there until the 3 point deduction. Two games left, this one and Rwanda in Nelspruit on Tuesday next week.

Romania vs Moldova

Romania will play this friendly trying to boost their morale before the qualifier against Austria.
Moldova have been losing match after match and they are coming off a 1-11 flogging by Norway. Not that they scored that goal, it was actually a hilarious own goal by the Norwegians, with the Moldovan players nowhere near their penalty box.

Serbia vs Albania

This is a fiery match, given the political situation and fierce rivalries in that region of the world.
When these two teams met a few months ago in Tirana, it was a 0-0 draw with only three cards, but with one penalty.

This time however, the match gets a Romanian referee, Kovacs, notorious for the ease with which he pulls out his cards. I think I placed a bet on this some time ago here and it didn't deliver (one card short), but very recently in a big Romanian league derby, he gave cards left and right.

Both teams are in tight contention for the second spot, being separated by only one point. so I hope they go for it and give us some entertainment of a different kind as well. As I said above, the foundations are well set for this.
