WSB Refunds

I have still not been refunded by WSB for outright bets for Super Rugby 2020, even though it has been canceled.
Has anyone else had issues?

I just get this response from their support team:

"Thank you for contacting World Sports Betting.

Kindly note there is still no confirmation if the Super Rugby Tournament has been called off.
Thank you for your patience.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

In the same boat as you I'm afraid.

As far as I know other bookies have settled.

I also have an outright bet on Cheetahs to win Pro14 that I made at the beginning of the year, which should also be refunded as far as I am concerned as they are not allowed to continue in the competition.

Based on this article we should have been refunded yonks ago!

Ok I emailed WSB a link to an article saying Super Rugby had been cancelled by Sanzaar...Brent also said he would reach out to them.

As such I have FINALLY been refunded my outright bets for Super Rugby.

Yes I have indeed, no doubt the article and pressure from this forum had some part in it....thanks gents
