Winning Form selections for Fairview on Friday 20th February where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter @Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge

RACE 1

DAFFODIL DELIGHT should get punters off to a good start. She won a good race on debut over 1000m on this course. She showed pace and kept finding all the way to the line. The daughter of What A Winter would have gained from the experience and will love the rise to 1200m. She is the only winner in this contest and can remain unbeaten.

SABOTEUR finished 4.75 lengths behind the top choice on debut. She is 3kgs better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result.

ROCK ME MAMA was in need of her debut effort over 1000m on this course. The daughter of Rafeef would have come on from the run and should enjoy the rise to 1200m. With the natural improvement that is expected, she can finish in the placings.

RACE 2

POMP IT UP hails from the visiting Justin Snaith stable. He should have finished closer to the winner last time as he was held up for a run at the 100m mark and switched for running room. The son of Danon Platina would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. He is a horse with ability and if all went well with his travels, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.

BUFFALO BILL is a winner of his last two starts, the latest of which was in the Sophomore Plate. He showed a good turn of foot that day and won easier than the official margin suggests. The son of Buffalo Bill Cody is in a good space and can bring up the hat-trick.

ROYAL KINGDOM finished 7 lengths behind the second choice last time. He is 2kgs better off at the weights today which is not enough for the tables to be turned.

RACE 3

RACHETTU was disappointing in a work riders contest over 1000m at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth last time. His penultimate run when third over 1200m was encouraging. The manner in which he finished off his race that day suggests that he will enjoy the rise to 1400m. JP van der Merwe is booked to ride, and he may be the one to beat.

BUGLE‘S last two starts have been fair. He has finished third once and fourth twice from as many starts on this track. Should the top choice fluff his lines, he may be the one to pick up the pieces.

KHICHDI showed improvement when third over this C&D last time. He set the pace and stayed on at the finish. If confirming his recent improvement, he can earn another cheque for his patrons.

RACE 4

LANA VIEW did not go on with the effort over 1600m on this course last time. She rallied late when second over this C&D in her penultimate outing. It is encouraging that 2.5kgs claiming Apprentice Jacey Botes steps back into the saddle. She jumps from a good draw of four and if getting away on terms, she can shed her maiden tag.

KENTUCKY LASSIE is better than her last start over 1200m on the polytrack. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. She steps up to 1400m and tries the turf for the first time. With luck from the widest draw, she should pose a threat.

CHAMPAGNE BLAZE returns from a 16-week break and is having her first run for the Alan Greeff stable. The daughter of Vercingetorix has scope and if not in need of the run, she should have good improvement to come.

RACE 5

ZINOVI was an easy winner in the Non-Black Type Fairview Mile last time. He raced from a handy position, showed a good turn of foot and won with a ton in hand. The son of Heavenly Blue tries the 1800m for the first time and if seeing out the extra distance on offer, he should take a power of beating.

GET IMPRESSED ran a good race when second over 1500m at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth last time. If getting away on terms, he should pose a massive threat.

ZATARA MAGIC is better than his last start in the Grade 3 New Turf Carriers Western Cape Stayers as the jockey reported something amiss in running. He won his previous three efforts in style. Craig Zackey is likely to use his early gate speed to overcome the widest draw and he may be hard to peg back.

Race 6

Trainer Kelly Mitchley holds a strong hand in this contest and she can saddle the exacta. ANUSCHKA‘S WORLD finished 0.05 lengths behind ROMAN AGENT last time. He is 5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. If keeping on a straight line, he can go one better.

ROMAN AGENT fought hard for his last victory in the Non-Black Type Fairview Merchants. The son of Vercingetorix is unbeaten from two starts over this C&D. He is in a good space and merits healthy respect.

JOKER MAN did not settle in his last start over 1600m on this course. He won his only attempt over this distance. The son of Vercingetorix is the stable elect with Richard Fourie aboard and he cannot be discounted.

RACE 7

SYMPHONY IN WHITE was not beaten far in the Grade 2 Cartier Sceptre Stakes last time. The daughter of What A Winter has been campaigning against much stronger in recent efforts. If all goes well with her travels, she should find herself in the winner’s enclosure.

DANISH DYNAMITE finished 0.25 lengths behind SONG OF MYSELF last time. She is 4.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. The daughter of Erik The Red will strip much fitter and she is one of the leading contenders.

WILD APPLAUSE is better than her last start in the Listed Windhoek Olympic Duel Stakes. She finished second in her only attempt on this course. On best form shown, she should be involved at the finish.

RACE 8

SAIGON SUZIE finished 3.7 lengths behind LADY BOMBER last time. She is 4kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish. She will love the rise to 1600m and should enjoy racing on this track. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight will be mowing down the frontrunners.

LADY BOMBER was an easy winner of her last start over 1400m on the polytrack. She has won once and finished second once from as many starts over this distance. With a bit of luck in running, she can notch up the hat-trick.

BACK FOR MORE cost herself winning last time as she hung inwards in the final 250m. Two of her three career victories have come on this course. With a bit of luck in running, she should have a say
