Winning Form selections for @Hollywoodbets Greyville on Saturday 6th June where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter Punters Challenge

Race 1

PRESSURE POINT was outrun late when fifth over 1600m on the turf last time. The cheekpieces are removed and the blinkers will be fitted. The son of Erupt should get an ideal run in transit from Barrier Two. Andrew Fortune is booked to ride and he may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most.

OWNER OF CREATION has finished second in his last two starts. He raced from a handy position over this C&D last time, but found one too good in the form of Prins Jaspar. The son of Captain Of All may be the one to complete the exacta.

KIARTAY ran a fair race over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. The son of Erik The Red has scope and if taking to the polytrack, he can finish in the placings.

Race 2

SPIRIT OF SHIMLA set the pace over this C&D last time, but found one too good in the form of Educator. She should have finished closer that day as she hung inwards in the final 350m. If keeping on a straight line, she can go one better.

PROM QUEEN finished 1.7 lengths behind the top choice last time. She is 1kg worse off at the weights today and may have to settle for the same result. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight will be mowing down the frontrunners.

SAINT BRIGID was running on when second over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. She finished third in her only attempt over this C&D. Aldo Domeyer retains the ride and the combination merit healthy respect.

Race 3

FATHER CHRISTMAS won a good race over 1450m on the Turffontein Inside course last time. He raced from a handy position, showed a good turn of foot and drew off late. The son of Gimmethegreenlight received a four-pound penalty for that victory. He is in a good space and if all went well with his travels, he can follow up.

RUN FOREST RUN was running on when second over this distance on the turf last time. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. The son of Vercingetorix is one of the leading contenders.

TRIPPI’S SILK was an easy winner of his last start over this C&D. He received a five-pound penalty for that victory. He does take a rise in class, but should be up to the task at hand.

Race 4

ROYAL SWORD should have finished closer to the winner over this C&D last time. He raced wide around the turn and hung inwards in the final 250m. He gets the services of Richard Fourie and from pole position, he can notch up his third-career victory.

WICCAN WARRIOR caught the eye when fifth over this distance on the turf last time. He returns from an 11-week break which may have done him the world of good. He has cracked a good draw of two and if fit, he should pose a threat.

NUMZAAN made all when winning his last start over 1600m on this course. He received a four-pound penalty for that victory. He is in a good space and if getting his own way in front, he may be hard to peg back.

Race 5

FERRARI FLAIR lost two lengths leaving the start in the Grade 2 Allan Robertson Championship last time, but stayed on at the finish. Her penultimate run when third in the Grade 3 Tote Strelitzia Stakes, catches the eye. The daughter of Vercingetorix will love the rise to 1400m. If getting away on terms from pole position, she may find herself in the winner’s enclosure.

KAVADY has fair recent form to her name. The manner in which she finishes off her races suggests that she will love the rise to 1400m. If jumping on terms, she should pose a massive threat.

DE GULDEN followed up her maiden win with a good third-place finish over 1200m on the polytrack. She should have finished closer to the winner that day. The daughter of One World has plenty of scope and with luck, she should be involved in the fight to the finish.

Race 6

WORLD SERIES was not disgraced when second in the Non-Black Type Race Coast Sales Slipper last time. He raced wide around the turn that day and was reported to be not striding out. The son of One World has been gelded which may have done the trick. He will love the rise to 1400m and if not in need of the run, he may be the one to beat.

ERIK DUBOIS finished 0.8 lengths behind the top choice last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and there should not be much separating them at the finish.

KAZENOYONI raced from a handy position over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time, but found one too good in the form of Vibe Check. The son of Danon Platina has ability and from his good draw of four, he should be competitive.

Race 7

QUESTIONING is a winner of his last three starts, the latest of which was in the Grade 2 Independent On Saturday Drill Hall Stakes. He raced from a handy position last time, showed a good turn of foot and won easier than the official margin suggests. The son of Querari should get an ideal run in transit from pole position and is the horse to beat.

SEE IT AGAIN was victorious in the Grade 1 HKJC World Pool Premier’s Champions Challenge last time. He has won three times, finished second once and third once from six starts over this C&D. Andrew Fortune steps back into the saddle and the combination merit healthy respect.

THE REAL PRINCE showed some signs of needing his last outing when 2.25 lengths behind the top choice. The son of Gimmethegreenlight was victorious in the Grade 1 L’Ormarins King’s Plate earlier this year. He will strip much fitter and would not be a surprise winner.

Race 8

MON PETIT CHERIE stayed on when third in the Grade 1 Maine Chance Farms Majorca Stakes last time. She returns from an 18-week break which would have done her the world of good. She has won once and finished third once from as many starts over this distance. She is drawn widest of all, but Richard Fourie knows her well and should give her all the necessary assistance from the saddle.

QUICKSTEPGAL was caught late when second in the Grade 2 WSB Fillies Guineas last time. It must be noted that Wish List has come out and won again since. She is giving away weight to the top choice which is not ideal.

MOCHA BLEND produced an encouraging comeback run over 1600m on this course last time. This outing will bring her on nicely for the Grade 1 Hollywoodbets Durban July. She will be running on and can finish in the placings.

Race 9

ZEITZ returned to winning ways in fine fashion over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. He was settled at the rear of the field and finished off his race strongly. The son of Vercingetorix has won over this distance previously. He is in a good space and if all goes according to plan, he can follow up.

FIELD MARSHAL was not beaten far in the Grade 2 TAB Colorado King Stakes last time. He was reported to be not striding out that day. He won his only attempt over this C&D and merits healthy respect.

REGULATION has good consistent form to his credit. He did not get an ideal run in transit last time and rallied late to finish second in the Grade 3 WSB 1900. The son of Legislate would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. With luck in running, he should be competitive.

Race 10

LONELY AS A CLOUD was running on when third over this distance at Turffontein last time. He would have come on from the outing and should strip much fitter. The son of What A Winter gets the services of 2.5kgs claiming Apprentice Dezahn Louw. If taking to the polytrack, he can notch up his third-career victory.

ARVERNI PRINCESS won a good race over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. The daughter of Vercingetorix is in a good space and with Richard Fourie aboard, she merits healthy respect.

PHUTULICIOUS has good consistent form to his name. The drop to 1000m is the obvious concern. However, he always gives of his best and cannot be discounted
