Winning Form selections for @Hollywoodbets Kenilworth on Sunday 3rd May where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter Punters Challenge

Race 1

PEACE GARLAND has produced two creditable efforts to date. She received a bump leaving the start last time, but stayed on to finish fourth. The daughter of Declarationofpeace is a progressive type and with Richard Fourie in the saddle, she may be the one to beat.

EL COHETE ran a good race on debut over this C&D. She showed speed, but found one too good in the form of Margate. The daughter of Master Of My Fate would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected, she should pose a threat.

CHINWAG finished 1.1 lengths behind the second choice on debut. She was green in running, but stayed on at the finish. She would have come on from the outing and should make the natural improvement.

Race 2

TAKE THAT produced an encouraging debut effort over this distance at Hollywoodbets Durbanville. She returns from a lengthy 30-week break, during which time she would have strengthened up. Richard Fourie is booked to ride, and if not in need of the run, she may find herself in the winner’s enclosure.

SWIFT SERENITY has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. She has finished second twice and third three times from seven starts over this C&D. Should the top choice fluff her lines, she may be the one to pick up the pieces.

RUBY REX is lightly raced with some good form to her credit. She returns from a lengthy 30-week break. If fit and well, she should be involved at the finish.

Race 3

CHANCE ENCOUNTER set the pace over this C&D last time before getting caught late by Bonelli. He meets a similar line-up this afternoon and with Keagan de Melo in the saddle, he can go one better.

UNGUSKA finished 1.25 lengths behind the top selection last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish. With a bit of luck from his wide draw, he should be competitive.

SHOW OFF found betting support when fourth over 1600m on this course last time. The manner in which he finishes off his races suggests that he will love the rise to 1800m. If not too far out of his ground turning for home, he should feature.

Race 4

LARK’S SONG challenged strongly over this C&D last time, but found one too good in the form of Backinthefastlane. The daughter of Querari runs well for Andrew Fortune and with luck in running, she may be the one to beat.

PENTOLINA won a good race over this C&D last time. She received a five-pound penalty for that victory. Richard Fourie retains the ride and the combination merit healthy respect.

BENEATH THE CLOUDS finished 3 lengths behind the second choice last time. She is 2.5kgs better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result.

Race 5

SWIATEK was her own worst enemy in the Grade 3 SplashOut Prix Du Cap last time, as she over raced in the early stages. She finished second behind Double Grand Slam in her only attempt over this C&D. If Richard Fourie is able to switch her off early, she can notch up her fifth-career victory.

ROCCAPINA finished 0.5 lengths behind QUEEN REGENT last time. She is 3.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. With luck from the widest draw, she should be competitive.

QUEEN REGENT fought hard for victory in the Listed Sweet Chestnut Stakes last time. She received a nine-pound penalty for that victory. The daughter of Querari is in a good space and merits healthy respect.

Race 6

KALAHARI KING was an impressive winner on debut over 1200m on this course, despite drifting in the betting market. The son of Vercingetorix showed a good turn of foot that day and won easier than the official margin suggests. He would have gained from the experience, looks to have class about him and can remain unbeaten.

SHEZARIPPER rallied late when winning on debut over 1000m on this course. She returns from a 10-week break, during which time she would have strengthened up. The daughter of Rafeef is well-bred and could be anything.

MARGATE made the expected natural improvement when winning her last start over 1200m on this course. The daughter of What A Winter is a progressive type and must be considered.

Race 7

TENPENNY has top consistent form lines to his credit. He stayed on when third in the Grade 3 Variety Club Mile last time. The son of What A Winter won his only attempt over this C&D, four runs ago. He always gives of his best and can notch up his seventh-career victory.

VIVA’S LIBERTE finished 0.05 lengths behind the top selection last time. He is 0.5kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish.

OTTO LUYKEN finished 1.4 lengths behind the top choice in the race referred to above. He is 1kg better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result. He is having his third run after a rest and should be cherry-ripe.

Race 8

FOLLOW YOUR HEART was running on when third over 1000m on this course last time. He won his maiden over this C&D. Sean Veale is booked to ride and he may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most.

SOOTY finished 0.4 lengths behind LADY LOOK ALIKE last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.

LADY LOOK ALIKE was a tad disappointing in her last start over this C&D. She won her previous two attempts at Hollywoodbets Durbanville. On the form of those efforts, she should give the males a run for their money.

Race 9

WHY NOT JACKIE finished 0.3 lengths behind FINAL CALL last time. She is 1kg better off at the weights today and should turn the form around. She finished 2.35 lengths behind TRUE HORIZON in her penultimate outing. She is 4kgs better off at the weights and should turn the tables. The daughter of Pathfork will strip much fitter and if jumping on terms, she can return to winning ways.

FINAL CALL found one too good in the form of Meg’s Legacy last time. She gets the blinkers fitted which should keep her mind on the task at hand. The daughter of What A Winter is consistent and should have a say in the outcome of this contest.

LHASA ran a fair race over this C&D last time. She continues to drop in the ratings and would not be a shock winner
